The staff that helped us there was very professional and helped us with every question we had. We ended up buying a few things and were very happy with the selection and support provided.
The staff answered all of our questions, and even had answers to things that were not very straightforward. We even made a few alterations to the pieces we purchased, and everything was ready within the week.
Prices were also good and everything was a great experience. I recommend stopping by if you're looking for jewelry.

As COVID ravages the country, and in the middle of a mall surrounded by two other jewelry stores, why in the world would the only employee at this store not have a mask on? Boggles the mind. But when I told her we weren't going to shop with her unless she had one on, she said, "Ok, thank you," instead of PUTTING THE MASK ON and COMPLYING WITH STATE LAW.

Thank you for having the best customer service and pricing for replacing a stone for a cherished mother's ring that I have. The ring was my mother's ring that I have been wearing ever since she passed. It has three birthstones that represent myself and two brothers. No other jeweler in manassas was as helpful. Thank you!

Buyers beware! The person who claimed to be the jeweler offered is a $1400 ring for $299. Fantastic deal, however, we had only been to two stores and weren't ready to make a selection. The person did say he was trying to make a sale and may not offer the same deal should we return. We left for roughly 15 minutes to scope other stores and ultimately decided on the Elite Jewelry piece. When we returned minutes later the price was jumped to $450 after whispers among the staff. Naturally, I questioned the practice considering it had been 15 minutes, not days, between visits and he said it was

To be honest, this is the second time that I am writing to this store! The first time wasn't in a happy moment, but after today I decided to give it a second try! I had a problem with my bracelet charms that were left in the store to get fixed. The manager called me and was very supportive with the problem! Today, I picked my last charm and I was very happy with the store service and customer satisfaction!

I stopped in to look at watches. Selection was OK, not great. I have to say the young lady helping me was fantastic, but the manager was disgusting. He sat behind the counter just eating and playing with his phone. That really annoyed me. The fact that the manager completely ignored me and was totally unprofessional made me uncomfortable, but when I asked one question the girl couldn't answer, he started screaming at her as if she were an idiot. At that point I just left. Never, again.
