Your first visit at our office is very important in establishing your oral health baseline. Dr. Lupsa will perform a complete oral examination which includes an oral cancer screening, a TMJ (temporo-mandibular joint) examination, periodontal evaluation, an analysis of your occlusion (bite) and a thorough examination of your teeth, their supporting structures and of the oral anatomy.
While at our office, we make sure that you receive the highest level of service and ensure that our dental work is of the highest quality. To ensure that you maintain great oral health, this level of quality needs to extend into your personal oral hygiene routine. We can help you establish a dental hygiene routine that will keep your teeth healthy and white.
Dental implants are a permanent and appealing solution to replace missing or extracted teeth. They are better than other alternatives like bridges because no additional teeth need to be altered to place the new tooth. The entire implant process is performed over the course of a few months. The first part of the process is to install the implant itself, where a screw is placed into the jaw bone.
A dental implant is a permanent new root for a missing tooth. It is a titanium screw that is placed into the jaw bone. An abutment and crown is then placed on the implant to provide a new tooth that is permanent and looks just like a natural tooth. Dentures are a removable set of teeth or partial set of teeth that need to be removed and cared for in a special manner.

Tyler Kriney, thank you for appreciating the hygiene experience. Your mom may want to go for a third opinion, before those cavities become bigger and will need root canals.
Dear Salwa Zito, sorry you feel this way. Let us clarify some things first:
1. You and your husband had a few cleanings with our permanent hygienist and everything went smoothly, you received exceptional care. Only on the day we had a temporary hygienist working, you were upset she wasn't fast enough.
2. You mention that we fixed twice the wrong tooth for your husband. That is baffling to hear, since it's completely untrue

The dental staff and the front staff are unprofessional and extremely rude. I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist was so awful she took 40 minutes to take X-rays. She didn’t even clean my teeth when I told the doctor he never got back to me
I had to keep following up. They finally got back to me
and blamed the temp agency. They didn’t even offer me a cleaning. They just blamed someone else. I went to back to my dentist to rectify the situation (only switched because I moved further). They also stated I had a cavity and I refused to let this man touch my tooth because he is doesn’t

Dr. Lupsa responded to my emergency call and met me at his office, that had been shut down for routine dental work, to reset a temporary bridge that had come off the previous evening. I had been wearing it much longer than it was intended for.
Instead of just treating it as an in and out emergency visit and cementing it back in place he took the time to repair damage that had occurred to the bridge, readjusted the fit, as well as treated gum inflammation that resulted from wearing the temporary bridge longer than recommended.
I have always found him to be competent and caring. NEVER did he offer

This was my first visit to Dr. Lupsa. I had a dental emergency and without question he said come on in. He was so easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable! I did not feel a thing and I had a bad root canal. The entire duration of my procedure he kept asking if I was okay which was extremely reassuring :) I highly highly recommend him to everyone!!

My mom went to this dentist and she is giving 2 stars because the teeth cleaning was excellent. Dr Lupsa is very friendly and soft spoken, but also very deceiving. He told her she had four cavities and that she needed a root canal and a crown on another tooth. Total $2,800. He even showed her on the X-rays where those problems were. She got a second opinion and had NO CAVITIES, NO ROOT CANAL NEEDED AND NO CROWN needed neither. Her teeth were fine. He sells products, that’s it. Put you through pain and suffering for a few bucks. Very untrustworthy.

I've been to several dentists before and had no luck , either they ran out of patience or out of time . I've met Dr Lupsa and although I might move out of state I will continue coming to his office for the annual check up and cleaning . The staff is nice and knowledgeable and I'm always looking forward to seeing them again. I definitely recommend him to everyone that had previously bad experiences or no experience but have a fear of the dentist.

A dentist that does not give you a treatment plan, does not communicate his treatment intentions. It took 5 months to work on a molar crown and after third attempt I gave up and went to a different dentist to complete the restoration of the crown.
Two night guards trials and still cannot wear it.
After treatment, they just send out letters to cover themselves up.
A front desk personnel that does not submit timely claims and does not give you predetermination of benefits.
Front desk personnel that is not looking in your eyes when they speak with you.
My dental insurance flooded with claims
