I had an old Samsung TV in my media room with a burn in the screen so I reached out to Northstar Home Technologies. I talked to Chris the owner and he directed me to the Sony brand and helped me decide on the best model for my needs. After some discussion I decided on a whole new entertainment system, which was installed beautifully. Chris and his team really helped me understand my system and all the new technology. We had recently contacted Northstar Home Technologies and worked with Brandon. We were looking to get our existing home entertainment center working again. The service we received from Northstar Home Entertainment was superb. The response time was extremely fast and very professional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recently called Northstar and had one of the co-owners, Brandon, come over and mount 2 TVs for me, as well as set up my home network. The network was set up quickly and he helped me understand what was being done and what to do if I ever unplugged it and needed it setup again. He also mounted both TVs (one which I purchased through their company and love!) while placing the wires in spots I won't see them, making the TVs the only things you see with no distracting wired mess. There was no confusion or standing around with Brandon, which made me feel he really had full knowledge of what he was
