Lelch is a top rate organization! We had them set up our entertainment and internet in a new house build 5 years ago. The set-up continues to perform with minimal issues, and the few issues we have had have been resolved within the day via phone and remote connection. I recommend them to anybody looking to upgrade your technology!

We had a meltdown of our Control 4 system and were referred to Lelch Audio Video after another company said nothing could be down. Adam showed up and did a fantastic job. He zeroed in and found the problem and was able to resurrect our system!! We were told that would be impossible by other companies. When we need to upgrade we will be calling YOU! Thanks Adam...above and beyond service!

The Lelch’s team best assets are knowledge and professionalism. Since day one they have been impeccable and extremely well organized. They have done a complete overhaul of our Control4 system. We ran into some issues not of their fault. Their perseverance to solve it while being throughout was exceptional. They are proud of their work and company name. They are not the cheapest dealer in town, but by far their cost is worth their value. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Adam is the best AV/Tech provider that I've worked with! He is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, organized, and always has a plan when he arrives at my home. He is very patient, a great teacher, and works with me until I am comfortable with new remotes, p to questions passwords, and appears before he leaves. Adam is also quick to respond to my questions if I need help after my project has been completed. And the Lelch 24/7 helpline has even provided quick and easy repair remotely!

We’ve worked with the Lelch crew twice and both experiences were great! It’s like having hour own IT dept at home! They hung 3 TVs and sound bars, super secure and no cords in sight, just how I wanted it. Then they took the time to make sure Dish was properly set up on each TV, programmed the channels, set up the remotes and patiently walked us through Sonos set up and all we needed to know for easy daily use of our new equipment. Great guys, conscientious and professional, and I’ll have them back again and again.

My installation experience, product experience (excluding the Control 4 remote), and suppprt/help following the installation have been solid from the entire Lelch team. To be candid, the Control 4 experience is hands down the single component preventing me from giving five stars. The experience with this device has been a challenge. I would highly recommend Lelch for their customer first approach. I would urge you to consider what exactly you're looking for out of a universal system and evaluate whether the Control 4 unit is best for your needs and design.

I was so impressed w/ the professionalism & customer service from Lelch! Kevin listened to how I wanted a multi-zone approach, assessed my home & suggested the best way to carry audio throughout. The service team scheduled everything at my convenience & moved quickly to set everything up - including thoroughly instructing me. The service team followed-up to make sure everything was working & the entire experience has been outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any AV/tech needs. Great job, Lelch!

From the initial phone call to the time the technician left was fantastic. I had Direct TV out to install a new DVR and Genie. They completely messed up my entire system. I was no longer able to access my Apple TV nor Netflix. Of course Direct took no responsibility. The technician came out and got me up in working in less than an hour plus cleaned up and organized the cable behind the TV. I had been told that in order to use Netflix I would need a smart TV. The technician also showed me that that was not true. Safe over a $1000. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
