My first visit didn't leave us very impressed. The sales associate was disengaged and not helpful at all. It caused us to just go elsewhere to find my daughter's indoor shoes. However, I went back yesterday for a new pair of outdoor cleats. The man who was there could not have been more helpful. He earned our business going forward. He took time to talk to my daughter about her position and made sure her new cleats fit well and she was comfortable. He clearly knew his products and could tell me the benefits of certain cleats without any upselling. He also helped us find a better

I hate to diss a business located locally in our neighborhood SJC but I was in w my son and they only had one other customer and yet we sat unacknowledged while the sales associates played on his iPhone. We finally found a pair of shoes on our own and had to ask the associate to try on its matching pair. Finally a second associate showed up after his lunch break I'm assuming and it took the two of them to look for the second shoe. Finally found the box handed it to us and walked away w no further help or offer of help. Also they are limited the number of brands they carry for soccer.

Ordered uniform with Soccer Garage and needed to cancel order. I checked with them and they stated the uniform was not processed but needed the club to cancel order. When the club called to cancel they were told the uniform was in process. I then came in to see if I could cancel order in person and was met by the owner Brian which from the start had a poor attitude with no customer service. I would not recommend going there and be careful what you order since they won't work with you.

I don't give many reviews but my latest experience with Soccer Garage requires one. They have the best customer service in the entire soccer world. (And I would know having been in it for 35 years.) While the details of the transaction are not relevant, let's just say I needed to exchange a pair of boots because of my fat feet. Brian worked with me and my budget to find a pair that were comfortable. His knowledge of each boot, company, model was astonishing. (I even googled some of his claims and he was spot on!)

They blew it for my son big time. Placed my order March 26th, UPS Ground. On April 20th, after hearing other kids on the team had received their uniforms already I called. I was told the order would be ready in a week to ten days. So, either they need over a month to fulfill a $275 order or they took my money, forgot about the order, then neither apologized nor expedited the order (they still sent it UPS ground). Today my son had his first practice and was the only boy without a uniform.

I love this place. I have shopped here regularly since 2005 when they were in Lake Forest. They always have the nicest employees there who all play soccer and work well with kids. I play in a men's league and my little guy just started rec. I was able to get in there, pick up his first pair of cleats and get myself a sweet pair of cleats off the clearance rack for 50% off!! I literally got myself a $220 pair of cleats for $110!! My son got cleats, shinguards, socks, and a ball for under $40.

I went there yesterday to buy a new pair of cleats, a ball, and shin guard sleeves. I play soccer at least once a week my cleats were torn through and my ball needed replacing. I was so disappointed with the lack of service it was sad.
I stated to the guy that i wear 9.5 in adidas cleats i need to replace my old ones. I showed him 3 cleats I requested them all in 9.5 he brings me one in 9.5....the newest style out they are predator instincts and a little snug. I ask to try those in a 10. Next thing i know i have 3 pairs or cleats in 10. The one i requested in the 10 and 2 others I didnt ask to

I have been coming to this place for years. As a native of Orange County, soccer is a way of life here and there is no better place then Soccer Garage to get all your gear. It is an honestly run business which isnr always thw case with the other soccer stores in the area. Best prices too. Brian, the owner is knowledgeable and great to work with. Soccer garage is the best!

I found out about the Soccer Garage through my neighbor and have been going there ever since. Sure, it's not the biggest store and I probably could head over to a big box sporting goods store, but I like to support local businesses for one, and for two, they know their stuff. All they do is soccer.

Soccer Garage is where I go to get uniforms for the team soccer team I manage. They have great prices, are quick to respond to emails and get my jerseys done quickly. I can't really ask for anything more on that.
The store itself does not offer that much selection. They do have some good product in there, but it is limited and not necessarily any better prices than you would get anywhere else. They do have some things (such as the coolant spray) that I have trouble finding in other places though. So I have still found myself returning because of that. I recommend using their online
