I've only lived in a HOA managed by this company for 9 months and they have failed to send out bills for HOA dues three times; it's been over a month since my last bill. But they love fining you if you're late getting the dues to them because you didn't get the bill in a timely manner and the USPS is slow about getting your payment to them. First and last HOA I will ever live in.

Being a homeowner can be incredibly stressful when you do not receive good communication from your homeowner association. AMG seems to have a very high turnover rate for Property Mangers, assistants and other employees. We have had five different property managers in five years. The President, Cliff Goughnour seems like a really nice guy and will reel you in with a lot of promises, but after that he is rarely available when you need to talk to him, or if you aren't getting responses from your assigned PM. We have several capital projects that sit unfinished because the contractors that were recommended by Cliff either went out of business or never came back to complete the jobs because we advised AMG that they weren

I live in the sunchase condominium association. I have been very unhappy with the professionalism and responsiveness of Cliff Goughner. My neighbor across the street did damage to my lawn a year and a half ago and he has said three times that the lawn people would come and repair my lawn and it has not been done. I have requested, with pictures, that the fence be repaired along the side of my house and again it's been since spring of 2020 since anything has been done. Now when I email or call and try to make contact I get no response. I would appreciate it if the board members of the association

I feel for anyone who has to work with Cliff Goughnour. We had some stuff stored in the "common area" of our condo, Cliff hired someone to come take our stuff to the dump, including my 4 y.o. son's toy jeep, my winter tires and a foldable canoe that was stored under my deck! Hundreds of dollars basically stolen and get this, he did it over THANKSGIVING WEEKEND while we were out of town with family!! I set up a personal meeting with him and he basically told me tough luck...I was appalled. Do not work with this company.
