Ashley has been a Certified Massage Therapist since 2013 and is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, a Placenta Encapsulation Specialist, a Gillespie Approach Infant Practitioner, and a Birth Doula. She is passionate about helping clients feel their best! Ashley was born and raised here in Northern California and grew up in the world of alternative medicine.
We offer sessions ranging from relaxation to deep tissue for women of all ages and stages. Now offering skincare appointments! We currently offer facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, red light therapy, and back treatments. You'll leave feeling--and looking--your best! NEW! In Michelle's EMPOWERED BIRTH class she do not teach you pain management, positions or breathing techniques. She teaches you to renew your mind, discover your hormonal blueprint, and feel deeply. This is a journey of unveiling the truth about your intelligent design, the body's amazing ability, your intuition, and your choices.
The Gillespie Approach, otherwise known as Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) is the only therapy of its kind. We combine the concepts of craniosacral therapy and myofascial therapy with the understanding that these two systems work together. The results are astounding! We currently have three CFT practitioners on staff who can work on infants, children, and mothers!
Our address is 2051 Hilltop Drive Suite A1. To find us, turn into the Quality Inn parking lot and go straight back. You'll see our building on the left and the address numbers are directly above our windows. We are the downstairs corner unit. Aruka Wellness is the best in town! (And I’ve tried a lot of places). I’ve had massages from both Ashley and Aura and they were both sweet, professional and so talented. The environment was peaceful and relaxing and the massages did wonders. I’m an athlete and also have gotten their pregnancy massage-both fantastic. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Ashley weekly for four years now. I've had to 'cheat on her' a couple of times but no one else compares to her magic hands! Her newest location is beautiful & spacious. Ashley is kind and intuitive. She has become a treasured friend over the years. You won't be disappointed with a massage from Ashley but you'll need to book a couple of months in advance because she's just that good (and popular)!
