Very clean relaxing environment, staff was very friendly and welcoming. I seen Lilly and she was friendly, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable being it was my first visit. She was also very knowledgeable about what she was doing and helped address my certain concerns. Will definitely return and recommend to others. Thank you for a very relaxing day.

I was in town visiting family when I was asked if I wanted to get a massage. Of course I said yes, and my aunt brought me by Backrubz. I am so glad she did!
Let me start by saying that their prices seemed very reasonable to me. I live in a big city, and usually an hour massage is $120, minimum. Here an hour Swedish massage is $60. Score!
Tessa is an exceptional massage therapist. She listened to me and responded accordingly. She also immediately figured out where my tension was and worked until she got it all out. She was extremely skilled and professional. I left feeling rejuvenated and calmer

Convenient for last minute but unfortunately they just couldn't give the right pressure my wife needed for the pain and numbness she was feeling. They did assure on the phone that they could help but she said it was not worth the money. Also, when she asked to have her hands massaged, since she works with them all day, the woman signed like it was an inconvenience.

As a returning customer, I would like to let people know what a great massage place Backrubz is. First off, it's CLEAN! And they're very professional. The staff are always helpful, and from what I have heard from friends, relatives and coworkers that go there they have never had a bad experience. I would like to say I prefer Tessa, and she has proven many times that she can help with a back or neck that is severely tight and hurting. She is amazing. I'm sorry to read from another Yelp user she had a bad experience with her. Bummer you didn't find relief as everyone else

My daughter gifted me this massage, and even though I had visited there and enjoyed it before, this time was a total bust! Although the gal was not bad, unfortunate for them, a business next to them desided to start some construction just as I was getting a massage. There was banging, drilling and sawing the whole time I was there and I could Not enjoy my massage. As I paid and left, my gal said the owners would probably contact me about this terrible incident. Well, I waited over a week, and not one person called me to talk to me about it. But alas, they did nothing by mail, email or phone

I've been to Back Rubz once many years ago and really enjoyed the experience here. I visit the Redding area frequently and was really looking forward to another great and much needed massage and Back Rubz did not disappoint! The Tuesday Deep Tissue special was an unexpected bonus. This place is great, charming, tranquil, clean, and the staff is amazing. They have a couple different rooms to accommodate multiple appointments. They accept walk-ins, and they offer gift certificates too ... these make really great Gifts! Thank You Ladies, I will definitely be back next time I am in town.

I've been a Back Rubz customer since 2004.
As a registered dental hygienist and Mom of 3 little ones, I have some significant back/shoulder tightness and pain. There is nothing more comforting than getting a superb massage on the HEATED comfy tables in a themed room and listening to relaxing music. My husband knows that I'd take a massage any day over a chocolate dipped straweberries and flowers!!!!
