Absolutely terrible customer service. Called before hand to ask about a specific type of boots was told they had a few different sizes and I explained I would take the drive to check them out. Got there was was laughed at for thinking they would have any of that specific boot in stock. Owner is a joke, go elsewhere.

Went in to buy a new pair of work boots. The owner asked me my measurements. I told him what I was wearing. He did a foot measurement & found out I needed a half size bigger. He asked me if I had problems with my feet. I said at the end of a work day my feet would kill me. He told me it was from the wrong size boot which changes your step. He was very knowledgeable about all his boots. He will be my new boot store from know on.

Awesome shop! I've been stuggling to find the right pair of work boots for a long time. Come to find out i have been wearing the wrong size for many years. They measured me up and recommended a specific pair of red wings based on my type of work. WOW, they aren't even broken in yet and all i want to do is walk in them the fit is so perfect. I cant reccomend this place enough, this man knows his boots. :)

I bought my first pair of work shoes there about 4 months ago. I stand on a concrete floor a majority of the day. I was having some lower back pain and pain in my right foot as the ground is uneven where I stand. I explained all this to the owner and he recommended a pair of thorogood work shoes. I did try a few others on, but these stuck with me as the ones I wanted. Being made in America was a HUGE plus to me. Within 2 weeks my body pain was gone. I cannot recommend enough the care he takes for his customer. I returned today as there was some stitching coming undone in a unique place on the shoe
