It seems Dr Panagotacos is semi retired because I'm usually seeing the nurses. Had a biopsy on a mole done, and usually the results take a week. I called in a week and was told results usually take two days but it can take longer if a second opinion is needed, which is not very reassuring. On the two week mark I call back and was told that a letter was sent out and they were going to call me, meaning they knew it was benign for a couple of days. Their process is terrible. A couple of years ago, they found a pencil point sized mark on my back. I didn't have a clue there was a potential killer there. Because it was found so early and some aggressive surgery, I was able to avoid chemo and am clear today.
So much for history... They check me a few times every year. The the staff is polite and very thorough. I happily recommend them to anyone who asks.

Entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There is never a long wait they get you right in. Dr Panagotacos is professional, answers all of your questions, extremely knowledgeable in all aspects from Botox (best & most natural I’ve ever seen) to Mohs surgery. She, her PA’s and nurses are wonderful. I highly recommend.

Stephanie Porter is excellent. He exam was though and she answered all my questions during and after the exam. She is very warm and friendly with a professional demeanor. Her assistant took all my relevant medical information in a friendly and efficient manner. I will see Stephanie again in six months. The office staff was friendly and efficient. I didn’t even get a chance to sit down in the waiting room.

Very impressed by the office environment and staff. The check-in process was smooth and quick. No long waits either in the waiting room or exam room. Staff was incredibly friendly and personable. Appointment was quick but I didn't feel like I was being dismissed or rushed out. Would highly recommend.

Went in with a mask under my nose because I have asthma and it's hard to breathe with a mask over my nose. I was told to put the mask over my nose I explained why I can't and I sat far away from any other clients. So I the receptionist told the Dr and I was told she wouldn't see me. i came in because I was worried about a patch on my body and they obviously didn't care. I thought Drs took an oath to help people yet this office wouldn't because they are afraid. How very sad that it has come to this because of a virus that the survival rate is 99.7/% it's appalling

I wish I had done my research before I ever stepped foot in this office. My first experience was with Dr. Panagotacos. She did a Moh's procedure for a cancerous lesion on my forehead. She neglected to inform me verbally that some of the side effects were complete numbness of the forehead which would last for months. Two months after my incision still has an open hole in it which then got infected. I went back in and she actually argued with me, said there was no hole there and told me that I needed to stop rubbing my head. (I wasn't.) She said it would take more than a couple weeks to

I'm very disappointed with my visit here. I felt completely rushed, the Dr. acted as if she had much more important things to attend to and spent barely 5 minutes with me. She left the room and left me with an assistant who, when I asked about an ointment that I was prescribed causing me itchiness, she misinformed me by saying that it meant the ointment was working. I had put it on my face to combat a rash. My face was so itchy I felt like I was going to itch my face off. The following day I contacted the pharmaceutical company that makes the ointment and they notified me that the itching

I visited the Nurse practitioner for removal of skin growths and needed some antibiotics. I was told that the removal of skin growths are not covers by insurance so I paid cash for treatment.Later I received a bill and also found out that my insurance was also billed for the procedure!! I informed my insurance and regarding the antibiotics I was not able to get them since the doctor had to authorize my order. I called so many times to their office and at the end just gave up!

I love this dermatologist,my three sons and I have been going to this office for years. We see Lena who is great,always happy to listen,doesn't rush us and is really fabulous BUT the office/front desk staff are often curt and occasionally rude, and trying to get a prescription called in seems to be nearly impossible.After my last visit I had to call the office 3 times to try and get them to call in a simple Doxycycline prescription for my sons acne and it was NEVER called in!!!

She walked me through what it could be, took care of it on the spot, and informed me clearly about what the possibilities of the module could be. Left my appointment yesterday quite dismayed! I had gone to Dr P from a recommendation as my regular dermatologist was out on maternity leave and I was concerned about a spot on my nose that kept coming back after freezing.
Dr. P seemed pleasant enough, listened to my concern after hearing a bit of my skin medical history (prior melanoma!) She didn't think the spot on my nose was anything too serious and we caught it early, she actually comment on a spot under my eye. We made a following week appt to remove.

I've been seeing Mia De Leon for years and I always have such a pleasant experience as well as results with her. Every so often for my larger aesthetic concerns I may have, I meet with Daphne instead.
For my last visit I came in for three specific concerns I had. I had already waited in the room for about 8-10 minutes before Daphne entered. I addressed two of the three reasons I came in that day. I have been going here for several years. I had an appt. today at 11:30. I work in Woodland Hills Traffic on the 101 was unusually heavy. I called at 11:36 to say I would be there within 10 minutes. They said I had to reschedule. Funny I have never gone there without waiting at least 10 minutes and many times longer. And yet the first time I am late they need to reschedule. so I just drove 45 minutes on my lunch break for nothing. Time to find a new dermatologist. I hope it was worth it for them because they just lost a patient.

I went in for a minor issue and was prescribed a couple of medications. Their team offered to call it into my pharmacy so I agreed. Only one out of the 2 medications were called in. The other issue was my insurance needed the doctor to authorize it. After 3 attempts of my follow up and leaving messages with the front desk I am probably going to give up as I haven't heard back from anybody yet.

I took my daughter here for Molluscum contagiosum. We saw the Nurse Practitioner there who first thought my daughter had acne. I had to tell the NP that it was not acne, that my daughter had the bumps for about three years. The NP then asked if my daughter had sensitive skin... I said yes, she gets rashes easily. So she gave me a face wash to use which caused my daughters skin to peel for a week! Her face became red and rash ridden and peeling.
My daughter is 9 years old, this is not OK. Had the NP listened to me, or taken the time to find out more information, this wouldn't have happened

I was a patient at Dr. Panagotacos' practice for over a decade and she is an outstanding physician! Skin issues or botox/fillers, I've had it all and I can't say enough about her knowledge and professionalism.
However, after a horrible, expensive experience with Lena and her lack of knowledge on how to treat my skin condition coupled with a rude and unprofessional front office staffer Melissa, I felt the need to move on to another physician.
I called the office, asked to speak with Dr. Panagotacos, Melissa and Lena refused to pass on the message.

Dr. P knows exactly what she's doing and I am so grateful!
I was living in NYC last year and had developed some sort of texture skin on my face. I went to a dermatologist out there who diagnosed me with KP (which is essentially untreatable), gave me some cream to try to treat it, and basically told me to hope for the best.
I finally decided to get second opinion since it's been really bothering me.
I saw Dr. P last week and she knew exactly what it was (it was definitely NOT what the derm in NYC said it was) AND that it's treatable.
With the diet adjustments she has suggested
