They did a great job of scheduling me in for an inspection for work that needed to be done. They provided a quote and were able to complete the work over the following days. The team was professional and did a quality job with no issues. I drove 1000+ miles over the two days after service and had no problems. Highly recommend Bavarian Auto for Mercedes work.

Anybody reading this… I new to Chattanooga from Connecticut and New York City. If you are new in town and you brought your expensive European cars, in my case, two Range Rovers…

This place is great. Hard to find somewhere around here that can work on Volkswagens. Staff is very friendly, got my car fixed very quickly even though they were short staffed. Tim is the man. Pricing is very fair and transparent. My Jetta is running great now. First time using this place, and will certainly be going back

They did great work on my Volkswagen. Didn't take long at all, staff was great everyone I talked to was friendly. Fair pricing, they are transparent with you throughout the process. Tim even personally followed up after to make sure everything was good. Much better than a lot of my other car repair shop experiences.

Tim at Bavarian was the ultimate professional. My vehicle broke down in Chattanooga on my way to Nashville from Atlanta. I got quotes from a few repair shops, but even the competition recommended Bavarian. Tim was so helpful with explaining the issue and the best solution for my Mercedes S550. Although I do not live in Chattanooga, I can say that may experience at Bavarian ranks at the top. Thank you Tim and the entire staff at Bavarian Auto.

My older Mercedes was leaking oil and I suspected the valve cover gaskets needed to be replaced. Tim and the team at Bavarian got me in the same day, confirmed the problem, and made the repairs. They also recommended new spark plugs due to the previous leak and the age of the vehicle. All prices were very reasonable. Car drives like new again.

I took my Range Rover Sport in for a check engine light illumination. The culprit was diagnosed as a faulty oxygen sensor that was replaced. The majority of my interactions were with Tim who was always professional and very conscientious. From scheduling for drop off through the diagnosis, repair, and pickup process he kept me apprised the entire time and again in such a conscientious manner it stood out above and beyond even a typical professional interaction. Great customer service!! Tim was awesome. He kept me informed every step of the way. They replaced/repaired the wheel bearing hubs on my 2009 VW rabbit and it’s driving great now!! Tim also contacted me a week later to see how the car was driving. Definitely bringing my car back for all future repairs. Excellent Quality, Great Customer Service and Fair Prices. I hope to bring my car to bavarian for better service but I'm not lucky, they only spend months of your time working on your car looking for where the damage is. but it doesn't get better they damage the remote function of my car, my car horn, I've spent $ 1000 for more than 2 months. I tell them about my horn but they have their reason. They talk nice but not responsible.
