Locked my keys , and everything else, in the car as I was wiping down the inside. Didn’t realize it as I closed my door to go to the other side. I had no phone ( or any number stored in my brain) to call in order to have someone bring my extra set of keys to unlock it. Morgan and Michael at Fin’s Carwash at 3430 S. College Rd, Wilmington, NC, came… to my rescue. They asked me if I was a AAA member( I am). They then proceeded to look up all of my AAA membership information. They called and Wayne’s Towing was there in just a few minutes.

I went to the fins car wash close to porters neck! Let’s just say, best experience I ever had. I had some writing on my back glass and after going though the car wash, a worker approached me and asked if I wanted the letters to come off, I told him I had been through several different ones and it never takes all of it off. He worked on it while I… cleaned the inside of my car out and got all of it off, he then sent me back in the car wash for free to remove the residue off the back where he rubbed the writing off! I have never had anyone do that for me at any other car wash!! Definitely

Stopped by here to clean our truck, we bought the deluxe wash, the wash went by quickly and after parking to vacuum etc noticed that the tailgate was still covered in dirt, vacuum cleaner wasn’t strong and didn’t get our carpets completely clean, no air blower here to blow out dust and trash that gets stuck in your vehicle, if you’re a AAA member you only get a discount if you buy a monthly package we were told, not super impressed here!

First time going today and will probably be my last. Spent $20 on a carwash and it didn't really clean it and the ceramic coat is basically non existent. I was pretty bummed and kinda annoyed. The vacuums were okay but nothing about my service today was good enough to make me want to go waste $20 on a single carwash again.

I am a member of Fins. It was pretty convenient to go through on the way home from work, drive through, air dry and pull into my garage. I only stopped to vacuum once as it’s been crazy hot this summer and I… just wanted to get home! The next morning stepping into the garage I noticed their blue “wrap” Ethan and Simon call it stuck in my headlight. It was a little askew and there was visible water inside. I reported this immediately. No word. I called and was told to come to the location to fill out a claim. No claim was ever filed, instead, Ethan Lane, the manager of FINS

Bryan at the new garden location is AMAZING! I bought a car wash at a gas station that will not be named but was not in service, and Bryan met us at the kiosk to help. My dad has the membership and we were trying to get his card but Bryan was kind enough to give us his free wash. Thank you Bryan! You’re such a great guy!

My car was covered in bird presents and I could not get it washed off. I went to fins because they are the best and as soon as I rolled up Ryan came to the rescue. He got my car cleaned spotless and got the smudges from my daughters fingerprints off the windows. He even gave my tires and extra scrub. I’ve never seen my car look so nice! This place is the best and I’m hoping Ryan Pace is here next time I come back!
