I went here to get my suv cleaned. I had spent 2000 in Oct on a paint correction and my vehicle didn't have a scratch on it. Well after the vehicle was cleaned and I got home and pulled it into the garage it was covered in scratches. I went down and talked to the owner and let her know my vehicle was to be sold in a couple of hours and that I wasn't looking for any compensation but if she could maybe look at the cameras and try to figure out what might have happened so this doesn't happen to someone else and let me know. She took.my # and said she would let me know something by the evening. It

I got the $30 wash. The outside of the car was clean but the inside was just smeared up. The touchscreen still had fingerprints and the back window was never cleaned. The trunk was never opened that was obvious. The windows all were half cleaned. They had plenty of help so what’s the problem?

Cleaned my car pretty well my only complaint is a bright red head who works up front (i'm assuming she washed my car) she seemed to almost be rushing me out and was not very nice. she didn't care about what i was saying to her. Maybe she should be put somewhere with no needed customer interaction. With her attitude it probably would benefit her to not be able to help in customer service.

This is where I take my car to get washed and I've always been pleased with the job they do. The staff is very friendly and works hard to do a quality job. I splurged the last time I was there and got the gold car wash. I couldn't tell the difference between that and their basic package, so save your money and get the standard wash. Also keep in mind they get absolutely slammed, so unless you want to spend an hour plus there get there right when they open.

I use to love to get my car washed here, but lately their customer service is lacking. I tried dropping my car off and was completely ignored by the staff. The owner was talking to another man that worked there and girl that worked there with brown hair. They never even acknowledged me. I tried to get another guy to help me there, but he did not help out either. After several minutes I just got disgusted and left. The girl with the brown hair that worked there just smirked at me as I left. Tip: don't ignore your customers.

My whole family has been there a ton of times. Today however I took my car and the car wash busted my windshield. Although some employees were willing to show me the camera footage after the owner saw it she decided not to and said it busted because of dirt under the plastic. Love the employees all are always nice, but owner not willing to take responsibility. Lost a lot of business since my family comes at least every couple months for all our car needs. Sad that we now have to find a different car spot.

I went there for the first time after moving here from out of state. They do a fantastic job at an incredible price, but be prepared to wait for a solid hour or better! They need more employees to wash the cars. No matter the time of day it’s always busy. Again, I want to highlight the great job they did however.

Comically slow. I was nearly laughing by the end of my ridiculous wait, but then I remembered "oh yea, I just wasted my entire day here".

I really didn't want to leave a bad review because the staff here is friendly, but I have literally never had an oil change/inspection take as long as it did here. There was one car in front of me, and I waited for over two hours. If it is going to take TWO HOURS for an oil change, maybe give the customer a little heads up? You could literally learn to change your own oil in about 1/4th of that time. If only I had an inspection station at home

We have been customers for years and recently ran into an issue where we needed information about our vehicle for our taxes from 2017 that we didn't have access to. Victoria didn't hesitate to drop what she was doing, look it up for me and even printed it for me to pick up for our records. WOW. We have always had the best experiences here with our oil changes but this level of customer service is hard to find these days. Customer for life for sure! Thank you Victoria and Eastern Auto Spa for going above and beyond for me today. I appreciate it more than you know.

From oil changes to car washes they have always done a great job with me! The mechanics are also pretty good guys. I never feel lie I'm getting ripped off or anything which is a good feeling.

First the positive, everyone here is super friendly the place is clean and well-maintained. They do a pretty decent job for what you pay for. But my god if this isn't the slowest car wash I've ever been to in my life. Plan on at least an hour if you go there. Might want to pack a lunch as well. The guys that do the cleanup at the end have no sense of urgency. Management should get out there and show them how to knock out a car in about five minutes if they need advice let me know I'll come show them.

Always happy with the service provided! Such a friendly atmosphere! Everyone here is super nice all the time! They also do great work! I've been coming here several years and have always pleased! If I've ever had a tiny issue (like cup holder being missed or something minor) they have always made it right with no problem! I wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else! They are truly above the rest!!!

I will give this a 2 because it left a lot of soapy streaks on car and didn't dry much. Just saying

So my daughter Had her oil changed a couple of months ago at Eastern Auto Spa in mebane. 3 weeks later she heard a strange noise coming from her engine. She stopped in to see a mechanic in a Greenville, NC where she found out that the O ring wasn't put back on properly by Eastern Auto Spa, causing all the oil to leak out and dispersing shards of metal everywhere!! The engine was destroyed and the car deemed undriveable. After Eastern took responsibility for the damage, they turned the incident over to Nationwide, who months later has not fixed her car nor provided her with acceptable

Great place washes your car great would recommend to anyone looking for a good wash good pricing great people

I might go back to get a layer of dirt off but not much more... Paid for the bronze wash (nothing crazy I know) but there's still dirt in the door jam and popcorn in the back seat as well as the floor mats weren't cleaned very good... I also didn't get my wheels treated, which I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that was part of the package... Saved me a couple hours of work at least, now I'll spend 45 minutes finishing the job and getting it cleaned the way it's supposed to be...

Two visits here for different services, neither visit left a happy customer. My first was a car wash in the summer, the line was short but it took forever to be slipping dried and no inside cleaning as I thought based on sign description. Next visit was for an inspection, I was second in line and it took one hour and 3 minutes! That's just crazy! My husband used to be a mechanic, from his experience it should've taken half the time or less. Part of the problem was my cat waited outside the bay for 5-10 minutes before I approached the counter to ask what the hold was. As I approached

Excellent customer service in the oil and lube department. There was a misunderstanding of the type of oil I needed to use in my wife's car. Ivey ( the lube Dept manager) took care of the problem promptly and professionally. They also Do a great job if you get the Platinum level car wash.

Stopped in today after noticing that my car had bug guts all over it and everyone was super friendly. My car looked great. I even got to love on the sweet kitty in the waiting room. Will definitely go back!

Really liked this place for oil changes, but will need to find a new business. Too many cats in the waiting room and my allergies can't take it. I appreciate loving animals but it's not a place for pets. Disappointing.

Literally just left after paying 20$ for this. I got the gold that says comes with armor all. Apparently it's only for the tires. Maybe I read the sign wrong but they didn't even wipe anything down on the inside of my car lol I spent a couple minutes asking the guy to wipe this down wipe that down. I shouldn't have to have to ask them to wipe anything down let alone wait another 10 minutes while they re-vacuum my car so I left. Not coming back. I'll do my own next time. That being said the outside looks good. * also no fragrance which is always nice

They Locked my keys in the car when detailing and didn't even make an effort to apologize or make it right. Mean while I had to figure out how to get my extra keys and from Graham. Customer service was garbage.

Passing through and saw the reviews on Yelp so I stopped in. The price is what I expected, however the service surpassed my expectations. Great place to get your vehicle washed. Wish they were located in my town.
