I would 100000% recommend Oro Factory, from my first time here I felt at home, the owners are lovely and super helpful when it came to choosing the jewelry we picked out. Now for Christmas my family ready and in for a surprise with the gorgeous outcome of custom pieces I put in layaway very convenient for the holidays which I just picked up today and absolutely love, and they give good prices too. From the moment you walk in it’s an amazing experience. My husband and I were googling for a good place to resize our rings. But once we got there we decided to get a whole new custom ring setting for my ring (I no longer used white gold). The prices were amazing and don’t get me started on the craftsmanship. He is a beast. I am so happy with my new setting I can’t stop looking at it! Please don’t look anywhere else. They were sweet, straightforward and fast. We are only going to them from now on.

These are the kindest jewelers in Miami! I went in to resize my engagement ring and they were sweet as can be. Super reasonably priced, beautiful selection of jewelry, and the vibes are IT. The jeweler resized my ring on the spot, his wife made cuban coffee and shared with me, and we had a wonderful conversation about my engagement and how special love is. I can't start to express how happy I am with the service and attention that the owners of Oro Factory treated me with. I went in with an idea and within minutes the owner and his wife brought my design to life. My fiancé had lost her ring and I wanted to get her a new one. They brought my idea to life and in no time they had the ring ready for me. They exceeded my expectations on what I was getting her and I know that it's one of a kind. After visiting another shop saying that they had to ruin and cut my chain keep it for a week and make me a new piece in order to "fix it". I came in spoke to the jeweler as one last desperate attempt for a second opinion. They fixed my chain charged me a reasonable price on the same day. I didn't have to wait too long. They did a fantastic Job. It was worth the drive finding such honest professionals !!!

I googled a jewelry repair/ shop near and found this shop. I called and was greeted professionally and had my questions answered. I proceeded to come in the shop and immediately the shop is very clean and the staff greeted me with respect. I got my necklace fixed within minutes of coming in.
