Today was my second visit to TIS. My first visit was for Dysport. After the consult, I asked for the price and agreed. Unfortunately, when I checked out, the price was double! I asked the gal to check that with the nurse, there must be an error. Nope, they got confused during my estimate. Today was appointment number 2 for ipl. I verified the price twice before going. Today they had no record of my appointment. I showed them their own text confirming. They asked me to wait and 30 minutes later we agreed I had to reschedule.

Scheduling software would of benefit to this small business owner. Situation:Â Discontinuance of long standing practice of appointment text reminders by previous owner.
Patient experience was minimized . I prefer a more formal relationship with front office, friendly, but transparent with regards to both the providers and patients dual needs of time efficiency and elimination of costly delays and reschedules.

I can't say enough great things about this establishment that's located in the heart of the fountains. Joyce and her staff are exceptional. Each month they have monthly specials on lasers,fillers botox and so much more,you can't beat their prices!! Joyce and her staff have such a great eye for beauty. I have only be going here nor for my dysport and face fillers and have had an amazing experience with each time with Joyce and not to mention they have deals a lot of the time on specific brands and Joyce is 100% honest if u don't need something she will let you know. The front desk receptionist is awesome as well and always friendly with a great attitude. I'm so thankful for one of my friends recommending here.

Is there a negative star option? Went here to pick up obagi product. The woman at the front was super rude and clearly didn't know what she was doing. Didn't even know how to apply the points for obagi. I had to show her so that another customer could get their points as well.
Other staff, whether it be "nurses" or whatever they are, were rude as well. They walked by and were very unhelpful. I wouldn't go there again to purchase products, even for a deal. I couldn't imagine going there to actually have a procedure done. Don't be fooled by their emails.

*RACIST LOCATION* I have never experienced an uncomfortable environment like I did in this location. When I arrived I processed to check in for my appointment only to be stared up and down from one of the young white females in the front desk. I noticed she made a comment to the other staff. I had to wait for my appointment despite being early only to not receive any services I wanted and left with time wasted. Took me a moment out of shock and dismay that I had walked out of this location because of my appearance. I will never in my life will go to this location again or even advise my friend

I went to Tighten it Spa for the first time a few days ago and spent some time with Lisa! First of all, the office is super nice and the aesthetic is so cute! The lady working the front was super sweet, as well as everyone working! Lisa was great! She was super informative and answered any questions I had. I am obsessed with my results and can't wait to come back for touch ups!!

I went in to this spa with a friend to have a face laser procedure to remove brown spots and broken capillaries! Michelle was great! She provided face numbing cream and the procedure was quick and painless! My skin looks great now and I LOVE the results! So nice not to have to wear make-up now to hide my spots! I will definitely go back!

I visited Tighten it in December and January. The services I received included Botox, threads and filler. Wow!!!! What a difference. The owner, Michelle recommended the different services needed to accomplish the improvements I was seeking. She was on point and could not be more professional. The office is beautiful and the front office staff is very welcoming. I would definitely use their services again. BTW, they have super cute gifts in the waiting room. I bought some for stocking stuffers.

I had Botox done with Nancy on 01.25.20 and I am SO STOKED. Nancy is the Botox Queen - she is for me anyway. I explained to Nancy that i'd had a bad experience previously at another place and she was super sympathetic and explained everything she was doing and showed me the Botox she was putting it exactly as it was. I just really felt like she cared about what she was doing but also that she REALLY cared that I had a good experience AND that I had good results. She wanted to make sure when I left I was happy and satisfied. She made sure that if I wasn't that i was going to text

Update! My eyelids are now hitting my cheekbones! Sagging drooping and I keep waiting for it to wear off but it just keeps getting worse

I have been doing Botox for over 15 years and have had many many good administrators who know where to inject the Botox so that it will not make your eyelids droop. If you Google Botox eyelids drooping there are several diagrams in the four head for point of injection to stop the eyelids from drooping or not caused them to droop! I have had Botox from Michelle before, so I know she knows how to do it, but either put too much

I don't even know where to start. I am the happiest I have ever been and I have gone to other med spas and by far Tighten it Spa is the best I've ever gone too. Ruth did my lips and I'm sooooo happy and so is my fiancé. The office is sooo nice and welcoming and just makes you happy to be there and to have them do your procedures. I will never go anywhere else and I was scared to try a new place and they made it worth it. They answered any and all questions, explained everything to me and Ruth is very gentle and I felt no pain at all. I'm sooooo beyond happy, I literally walked

I love this place. They really know what they're doing. It's so professional and they use such good products, and it's beautiful to boot. They seem to stay on the cutting edge of what the latest procedures and products are. I had the brown spot laser done all over my face, and it worked wonders. I had Botox in my four head, and fillers in my cheeks and lips. I look so much younger. I would never go anywhere else. Friendly professional staff and great results. I can't wait to go back!
