Dr. Angell completed Medical School at the University of Washington in Seattle where she volunteered extensively in underserved medicine and developed an outreach program to promote educational pursuits for single & teen parents. Dr. Angell raised her three children as a single parent while completing her education and knew first-hand how challenging it was to overcome the obstacles posed by starting out with little resources.
Wrinkles along the forehead appear normally during facial expressions, particularly with surprise or joy. The muscle that creates these lines is also the muscle that lifts the brows. This muscle, called the frontalis muscle, is a thin sheet of muscle that begins along the brows and stretches up to insert near the hairline.
One of our most requested treatments is to relax the muscles between the brows: the glabellar area. These muscles are activated when a person is feeling concerned, worried, or concentrating, but often comes across as a look of anger. Overactive contraction of these muscles can not only make a person look angry, instead of concerned, they also create deep vertical lines (known as the "11's"), and can contribute to migraines.
Prior to Botox treatment, we evaluate your anatomy and movement with you relaxed and then making facial expressions, including smiling. We will determine the proper location and dose for the Botox injections. We offer complimentary consultations to answer all of your questions and determine the best treatment for you.
Do your eyebrows droop or sag, making you look more tired than you actually are? If so, Botox brow lift may be the treatment for you. A highly arched brow is a common sign of youth and alertness. The position of the brow is balanced by an upward and downward pull of multiple muscles. As we age, muscle movements may cause our eyebrows to droop.

As multiple reviews have mentioned below, I went to get botox that never properly took. When I addressed this with the owner, she talked down to me and refused to do any touch up or properly acknowledge that I paid for a service that was never received. Unbelievable that someone can be so disrespectful and unprofessional.

I absolutely love this office, it is extremely cute and clean! All staff members are very kind to everyone. This office provides an atmosphere where patient’s feel free to ask questions and be free of anxiety.
Aman, is the RN who has been helping me on my appointments. She is very knowledgeable and explains from start to finish. Can we talk about how gentle she is when applying Botox though? I highly recommend Aman as your RN, She is absolutely AMAZING!
I appreciate her and Dr. Angell’s sincerity regarding any treatments. These ladies just want all their patients to have beautiful and natural

Went to get work on lips -- instead of upselling me Dr. Angell came in and told me why a different procedure (not even offered through her offices) would make more sense for my wants and specific features. Love an open honest and passionate staff where your money is not their main focus but everything else comes first. Franny was awesome too -- warm, friendly, knowledgeable!

I had botox applied to my forehead about one month ago. I was told it would last about three months. I have voiced my dissatisfaction and am yet to get a satisfactory response. I look no different than when I went in just 4 weeks ago. I have asked for a refund via email and am yet to even get a response. This place is all show. They did not perform even a D rating, they earn an F for failing to perform what it was I paid for (almost $400), nor have they responded in a professional matter and own that fact that they failed to provide satisfactory service. I will now file a complaint to the better

Omggggg I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing this place is. I had sustained some physical/emotional trauma that’s been ongoing the last couple years and had felt I really wanted a “refresh” to feel more myself again and not look “sick” or “tired” anymore. ( I’m too young to already look that way)

I visited Angell Medical Spa to get Botox injections for the first time. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and professional. The office was clean and well-appointed. I arrived about 5 minutes early and they got me in my room right on time. Dr. Angell is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her craft! She took her time to fully assess my face and what I had hoped to achieve. Her nurse, Fanny, did my injections and was equally fabulous. They were extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. All my questions were answered and they made me feel very comfortable before starting my treatment
