Dr. Seade was always patient and treated my concerns as legitimate. I was in a rollover in 2020 and had shoulder pain and limited ROM, and after we tried conservative management, Dr. Seade went in and took care of the problem surgically. I have been recovering well so far and I can’t thank Dr. Seade and his team enough for their care over the last year. My career requires me to have use of my shoulders and I didn’t know what I was going to do if the pain or ROM never got better. Thank you, Dr. Seade and co. Thank you x like 1,000.

Horrible experience. Poor communication, didn't care or seem like he even had time to pay attention to me, left feeling like my issues weren't addressed and they have the audacity to bill me $900 to just tell me what I already knew. For reference, I have seen many orthopedic doctors and have plenty of experience with great doctors elsewhere, but here is the gist:
I had asked to see Dr. Ebert for an ankle cyst. I knew what I had and had seen other doctors to have it drained in the past. When he walked in, he knew nothing about my chart, didn't even look at it and just asked me questions I had answered

I have been trying to get a surgery scheduled for months now. Want to speak with the surgery scheduler so you can get booked? Good luck! They don’t pick up - no matter the time of day and forget leaving a voicemail because then you’ll get a call back from someone who still can’t help but will once again try to transfer you to seemingly the only person that can schedule surgeries.
I’m grateful for the few that tried to help but unfortunately they couldn’t do anything for me. Why have a scheduler if they can’t even get anything scheduled?

Terrible customer service. I have left multiple messages and emails and have NEVER been called back. I have to call and call and call and finally get someone in the scheduling department. Was told after my last appointment that my clinicals would be sent immediately to my insurance to get my surgery approved. Called my insurance and they told me they received the paperwork a MONTH AND A HALF after my appointment!!!!!!!!! I had a total right knee replacement in June 2019. I followed Dr. Heinrich's app to the letter. He stated if I felt I needed physical therapy then to go ahead and go for it. Well, 7 months later I am in physical therapy because my muscles did not develop correctly to work together. My hamstring, and glute muscles were non-existent in my right leg. My experience at Orthopaedic Specialists has been positive (Guadalupe location). Dr. Ebert performed tendon repair surgery on my ankle and after 4 months the surgery appears to be successful! Dr. Ebert and his staff are caring and compassionate. His staff is available if needed between appointments. The office staff is efficient and I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointments.

I see Dr. Gregory E Catlett is new to this practice.. I would recommend going to a different doctor.. I am only 24 and felt rushed and talked down to as I was not worth his time. I was diagnosed with a torn meniscus to the point where I could not continue my job as an electrician. I was recommended anti-inflammatories and physical therapy. I voiced my concerns multiple times and all he did was recommend another doctor for a second opinion like I was a waste of his time. Once I got a second opinion I was told surgery was necessary. There were several doctors I visited in this clinic about a year ago (2017). They charge an extra fee that appears to be mandatory for someone to intern and assist the surgeon (doesn't matter which procedure or problem). The staff, as others have said here, are very rude, I actually had to call them anonymously to get them to answer the phone. If they know you are an existing patient, they will put you on hold or not answer your call. (had to laugh at one comment here about being old and feeling like if so they throw you off the bus)

Dr. Heinrich did a fabulous job on my knee replacement. He was compassionate and patient in every interaction I had with him. His staff was very helpful and willing to answer the silliest questions! The online resources through the Force App got me ready for this difficult surgery. I am not sure I have every felt so ready for a surgery as I was for this one, the education with each video as the weeks led up to it made the whole idea of a replacement less daunting. I really appreciated being treated with respect and taught what I needed to know to care for myself well before and after surgery. I
