I purchased a wood stove insert from these guys a few weeks ago and they were great at answering all of my questions and providing a competitive price. The stove was delivered on the date requested and they even let me do my own install with the assurance that they would come out if I could not successfully get it in.

High Quality stove and service. I purchased a new Lopi Bershire propane heat stove that Anderson Fireplace installed on 11/10. We recently bought a manufactured home that previously had a wood stove installed which had been removed by the former owner, leaving the hearth and chimney intact.

I loved my old franklin wood stove but for the sake of energy efficiency and being our primary source of heat, I had to say good bye 😢 I did find it a very nice new home keeping some farm cows warm and I feel good knowing it will not be retired just yet.
I upgraded to the new Lopi Rockport Hybrid cast-iron is 76.3% OHV 🤯 I am already in love. ❤️ Kudos to the Anderson Fireplace team for a great job with install, no pressure sales in store and just an overall seamless stress free process. I highly recommend them.

I went in thinking I needed to replace my fireplace because CM Heating told me it would cost over $1000 to replace a valve and it wasn't worth fixing. Anderson's asked me about my current fireplace and after I told him what CM Heating had said, he insisted they come out and look at it. He didn't want me to waste money replacing the whole thing if it could be easily fixed. So they came out, replaced the valve, put in a new and easier switch, AND cleaned the glass (another reason CM Heating said to replace it...the foggy glass). Purchased a gas insert to be installed where a wood burning stove once resided. We visited many fireplace shops but never felt comfortable enough to buy. We visited the Everett showroom, talked with a couple of salesman who were very helpful and NOT pushy at all. We left with packets of info an d rough estimates as usual. We hadn't made it to the car when we both said "Let's just do it. This place seems better than others we've been to." Just had it installed today with ZERO issues or hiccups. They showed up 10 minutes early, worked efficiently and cleaned up before leaving. Went over operation

We had our 20 year old "builder grade" gas fireplace serviced today and were very happy with Anderson! The fireplace logs had fallen into incorrect positions causing the flame to scorch the inside walls of the box. The tech was able to place the logs back in their correct positions and added new paint to the walls for protection. We appreciated that we were not "up sold" any services we didn't need. Thank you for the help!

Our gas stove looks great! There was an issue after initial install that they fixed promptly. See Spencer at Everett location. He treated us well. The reason for 3 stars is there was one salesman in Marysville that was rude and argumentative.

I had a pretty good experience with Anderson Fireplace and the service for my Pellet stove! The price was decent and the service was timely as well as friendly :) They put down material so no mess was left behind plus they were quick and efficient! I recommend them for cleaning and servicing pellets stoves

Wow! Talk about a total transformation! Rod worked with me to help select the best fireplaces and source of heating (wood vs gas) , and then to figure out the most aesthetic way to install them. Because of Rod & the crew's work we now have two beautiful and warm propane gases in our home. I also love how the showroom in Everett let us see exactly what we would be getting. We are very satisfied, and so happy with our purchases!

This review of of the Everett location:

We were to have some gas lines run as well as two new fireplaces installed. We were scheduled out over two months to get these installed. They were supposed to send techs out to assess the job and detail everything that was needed. That never happened.

They called the day before and said that they were supposed to be at our home at nine. Later, they called and said ten as they "had to go pick up a different truck". No one showed until nearly noon without a call nor explanation. Once here, we asked about the truck and the techs informed us

Wow- super glad we didn't spend money here. Called the receptionist to schedule a service call and she acted annoyed just taking my information down. Then I didn't realize I would need my model number and you would have thought it was the end of the world to wait while I found it. My coworker overheard our conversation and was shocked at how rude and snotty she was. Two potential customers down the drain! CM Heating was a whole different story- call them instead!

My gas fireplace had trouble starting and when it finally started, it would go out shortly after.
The technician found two problems and fixed them in less than an hour. He was careful to not get any dirt on my floor and cleaned everything thoroughly. He even added an accent of glowing embers, which I absolutely love! The charge was very fair and reasonable.

My gas fireplace insert died after 22 years. I shopped around and Anderson Fireplace and Spas in Everett had the best price around including installation and hauling away my defunct unit. The installation crew was courteous and friendly and made sure the new unit worked properly. The new fireplace works great and looks fabulous in my home.

Very nice folks at Anderson. Provided lots of upfront information and were very accommodating in scheduling our new stove installation to allow me time to build a new hearth after they removed our old stove. The new stove installation was quickly done with no mess or damage. Great job to all involved. As a result we are looking to get a fireplace insert this spring from Anderson. The pricing for our job was very competitive.

Located next door to Bellevue Healthcare. Shopped here for a wood burning stove and it's been a great experience so far. Staff is professional and efficient in providing quotes and helped us find what we need, based on our space, dimensions, and needs. Pricing is competitive after shopping around. Recommended.

Why one star? Lack of follow through. I called Anderson on recommendation from another local heating business in Everett. Anderson is also just down the road, so I also liked that local/hometown feel of doing business. I had a technician come look at my gas insert that would not stay lit. Turns out, they needed ti order a part. Ok, no big deal. I assumed I would get a call letting me know the part cost, availability, and when we could schedule the repair. I didn't hear from them. Anxious to get this resolved, I called and left a message asking for a status update and a call back.

The staff is very knowledgeable and they helped us with choosing the right fireplace for our custom build. We purchased the Fireplace Xtrordinair Elite 44. We even toured the factory and learned about the system we were going to install. Anderson Fireplace was professional with the installation of the fireplace and I researched pricing from their competitors and chose Anderson.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Tried to buy a gas fireplace insert that needed repairs. Was promised a stove that needed repairs and painting. After about 2 weeks of not hearing a word I called, they said they would call me back. They never called back. I finally got a hold of them after 3 weeks, asked them what was happening with the stove, "they haven't had time to work on it yet".
I ask, well when do you think you'll get the time?? They didn't have a clue and no longer wanted to sell me the insert and hung up on me.
Way to do business! Rude much!
