Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use RR Fireplace for service, because their distributor no longer carries the part for my gas fireplace. However, I had an excellent experience with both the woman who schedules service and the man who came to inspect and repair my fireplace. Based on that I would recommend them as professional and easy to schedule.

Justin was right on time and really knew what he was doing. He took his shoes off, made sure there was a mat on both sides of the fireplace and got to work. Oh yes, he pet the cat and dog as well! He cleaned and adjusted our double-sided fireplace. OMG, my friend came over and asked if there was glass in front of the fireplace! Excellent job and the price was very reasonable! . I will definitely use them each year for the fireplace tuneup!

Tanya and Dan are absolutely wonderful! Puget Sound Energy referred us to them, and I'm so glad they did. Tanya is really friendly and professional. She scheduled Dan to come out to my house to service our fireplace insert. Dan came out and serviced and repaired the insert. He even painted the inside and it looks brand new. He made some recommendations, and we are excited to have him come out again to install some upgrades. Their prices are fair, and we highly recommend them!!!

Professional, Honest, and courteous. He came out and saved my gas fireplace from certain demise as old as it is. All it needed was a servicing and a new gasket. Had everything he needed to take care of it right there. Was very surprised at the price, Very Affordable.

We were lucky enough to be recent customers of RR. Dan came and he not only fixed our gas fireplace, he made it better than new. It had never looked this good or put out nearly this much heat before, even when it was new. He saved us literally thousands of dollars, since I had other fireplace service companies come out and they gave me estimates of around $3800.00 to put a new one in. They said my old one was worn out, and they were not going to try to fix it. Dan made a few inexpensive repairs, and now it works GREAT! He diagnosed one of the problems was being created by a backdraft blowing

Being as the cold came upon us quickly I was hard pressed to find someone to come out in less than 4-5 weeks. I messaged RR through Yelp and within an hour had a response from Tanya with an opening in less than a week. Dan came out and went right to work cleaning and making our old fireplace look like new. I was having an issue with the fire not firing up once the wall switch was flipped or sometimes it would cut off after running for a while. He diagnosed all the connections and turns out I had a faulty switch. He unfortunately didn't have a spare but I got one from Home Depot and got it

RR is as good as it gets! They set up an appointment with me easily, and the technician arrived right on time. He did a really thorough job cleaning and inspecting our fireplace, and even went above and beyond rearranging our logs and showing me how to best use it. The flat rate is awesome, and I feel we got a good value for our money. We'll definitely be using RR again!

Terrible customer service. Their technician came out and was surprised when my wife told me she never heard the doorbell. I called back 15 minutes later from the appointment interval (9am to 10am) to see if the technician can come back. The receptionist accused me that this was the second time this has happened (untrue since the first appointment was rescheduled days ahead due to a conflict) and that not only can't the technician come back but the next appointment available was over a month away. Didn't even try to work with me to get someone back earlier. I was curious why my wife didn't hear

Update: They no longer service pellet stoves, but they are a class act.
I've had them out a number of times to get my pellet stove ready for the season and have always been pleased. The tech is friendly, and great about containing the mess to a drop cloth that he spreads out in the work area. Very efficient workflow, I think it took perhaps an hour or a little more to thoroughly inspect and clean, including the ashes in the "clean out T". Because of RR Fireplace, our pellet stoves run in tip top shape all through the heavy use season.

Let me start by saying that these guys provided excellent service and showed up during the one-hour time frame they indicated when I set up the appointment. The technician, Dan, started off with a joke and then got right to work. I had called other service people in the past they had no interest and fixing my gas fireplace, they just wanted to sell me a new one. Dan on the other hand made some adjustments and clean the fireplace and now it's working fine. He pointed out a few things that might need attention in the future and describe options if I ever wanted to replace it or convert back

We recently purchased a home near Stanwood and as the weather got chilly we decided to have our gas stove checked out and receive maintenance before we started to use it.
It was easy to make an appointment and the guy showed up on time and was friendly. He had our stove checked out in about 30-45 minutes and left the place clean after having to vacuum the ashes out. He also helped educate me on how to use the stove.
