Family owned business very caring very honest. I've known the family for over 40 years and their integrity extends into their business and into their personal life. Currently on a road trip from up north to down south and I had some really bad screeching coming from my rear brakes. I wasn’t sure who to call on such short notice and everything other shop wouldn’t even take us. Thankfully a man named Doug said they were booked but if we brought it by and we’re patient they could maybe get us in. Brought it in at 8 o clock and they had us in by 8:45 and back on the road by 11. I highly recommend this place. All their staff was friendly and they got me good to go on such short notice.

Every once in a while my mind is blown at how easy life can be when you do business with the right people. Mcduffee is good business and good people. Tire light came on so I just stopped by since we’d bought the tires from here. They told me to pull the car around and checked the tire pressure. Found a hole, patched it up, wham bam thank ya ma’am I’m out in 5 mins fixed up, no charge. They do it right! Thankful for the friendly service.

I was on a trip to Nashville for an important surgery my dad was gonna have and we had some serious brake issues. Fortunately I was able to roll into to MvcDuffee and leave it with them. The next day they had it all fixed up and ready to go. They saved me a ton in extra car rental days and the price was very fair. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I didnt have that great of an experience here. I needed something fixed in my car and also asked if they could check my tires etc and I'll be glad to pay for both. They said no problem and theyll be sure to add air to the tires. I reminded them again when they called me to tell me more about what they thought was going on with my car. Later they called me and the quote to fix the issue was high and not worth the price of my car. Turns out they didn't even check my tires. I guess since I didn't pay the large fee for my car repair the basics were not worth it to them. I'm leaving

I went with these guys to get my wheels balanced. I saw the good reviews online and decided to give them a try- I am happy with my decision. They were extremely courteous on the phone when I explained what I wanted. When I visited the location, the staff at the desk took time to explain the different kinds of services (balancing versus wheel alignment) and guided me to the appropriate service I needed. They never tried to push me into getting a service that I didn't need. They gave me an estimate on the cost and how long it would take, and it was done within the price and time initially quoted

Seems like you can buy tires at dozens of places around Nashville. Or, online if you prefer... Can't find a second generation local business that provides exceptional customer service on any corner! Price is what you pay and quality is what you get. These guys are busy but they do care. This place was on it. I had an emergency and needed a specific tire for my company car. I called at LEAST 20 places, and no one was able to make it happen same day. They promptly called me back, I told them to order the tires, and I was in and out of there in NO time! Mind you, this is on a Good Friday, a day they were absolutely SWAMPED. Have I mentioned I was even dealing with the owners? That shows pride in your business right there. I've worked in their industry, and I know what they are going through in the back. The fact they were this busy, and STILL took the time to call me back

I'm very impressed with the service here! I'm always cautious about taking my car anywhere. I know very little about cars and have had a few places take advantages of that. McDuffee Tire did nothing of that sort. They were polite and courteous, fixed my issue quickly, and sent me on my way. I will be coming back!

I had a nail in my tire, ugh! When I called and talked to Doug he was really patient with me and even have some advice to look at the details of my lease about tires. When I decided to go with them I showed up, taken care of right away. Turned out they were able to patch the tire and went ahead and did it instead of charging me for a new one. I really appreciated their honesty. This will be my new go to the next time I have a tire issue.

McDuffee provided excellent tire and inner tie rod replacement services. Individuals at the customer service desk are also fantastic; they are nice and courteous. I really appreciate Doug's expertise and care while repairing my car. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and updated me on progress. There was no pressure to proceed with additional repairs, but I chose to come back because I was impressed with his service the first time. I would not hesitate to return if I need any future repairs. I will confidently recommend McDuffee to friends and colleagues.

I found these guys to be the best I could have asked for. They are a family owned company that has been around for a long time. I appreciated them treating me like an actual person, and not just a customer. They understood my needs for my car, and didn't try to up sell me things that i did not need.

These guys are awesome! I dropped my car off in the morning and asked if they could fix my window, my A/C and change my oil. They called me by 9 am with a quote and fixed it all that day!!! And the price was extremely reasonable. I'll be driving from Hendersonville just to use this shop in the future. I hate going to mechanics but I find I can trust these guys. Great sense of humor too.

This place is great. I've had a great deal of trouble with my tires in the past 7-8 months and I've come here all 4 times. I feel that they are really honest with me (as a young female with hardly any car/tire knowledge) and truly care for my safety. Upfront about problems and pretty quick to get things taken care of... Prices aren't outrageous and my dad (retired mechanic) was happy with their repairs. I trust these people to take care of me while my dad and brother are 2 hours away and can't come to my rescue!

Last year my husband and I were having all sorts of problems with our car. We were told that it needed a new transmission (lets say from shop A). They didn't install used transmission, so a new one would cost more than what we paid for the vehicle. I just had a pleasant-enough experience at McDuffee. In fact, the customer service was great. But I paid $179 per tire for my Goodyear Assurance Fuel Max (plus $60 labor) where they are plainly $133 - $150 at most other vendors online... Walmart, Sams, etc.
I had asked while in the store if they had a price-mach guarantee, but they don't. Of course, I was already there with a flat tire so I wasn't going anywhere else.

Family owned and operated for over 25 years, McDuffee's specializes in all things tires. I blew a tire that was less than a year old, Gary, the owner, personally called Goodyear to ask for a warranty reimbursement. He was able to secure 75% of the value of the bad tires for a new set. great service! Doug, his son was also super attentive and friendly. these guys are all about customer service and making sure your car is taken care of.
