Metal stamping is a manufacturing process used to convert flat metal sheets into specific shapes. It is a complex process that can include a number of metal forming techniques - blanking, punching, bending and piercing, to name a few. Metal stampings are produced on modern, servo-driven, coil fed equipment utilizing various types of tooling designed specifically for your parts and required quantities.
Fine Line Production specializes in laser cutting along with additional services such as forming and welding. With a table size of 48" x 96", materials can be cut up to the following thicknesses: steel up to 1/2", stainless steel up to 1/4" and aluminum up to 3/16". Laser cutting produces precise cuts with sharp edge definition in virtually any shape.
Fine Line Production designs and builds stamping dies to meet our customer's product specifications. Our company originally started with Tool and Die work and it is at the heart of everything we do. Dies are designed and built in-house utilizing 3D CAD software and modern CNC equipment. We build progressive, blanking, compound, short run, deep draw, and form dies along with fixtures and special tools.

I contracted Fine Line to manufacture the AgilCore Fitness frame for me. I needed a solid precise frame to ensure safety and effective training. I chose them because they offer Laser precision cutting, CNC sheet metal bending, robotic welding. They have gone above and beyond with providing assembly and other fulfillment services. Their staff has been a good support for me, especially as I am not in the industry full-time.
