S.W. Contractors, Inc. provides professional installation of any hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank, tile or laminate you purchase. S.W. Contractors, Inc. is a licensed flooring contractor. We carry all required insurance for our installation business including workers compensation, general liability and automobile insurance.
When considering hardwood flooring for your home, some important considerations are the hardness of the wood species, how the floor will be installed and how to keep the floor looking like new. Each type of wood flooring has its own cell structure that creates its own physical properties that determines its suitability for various applications.
If you have a busy household (kids, dogs, heavy traffic, etc.) and don't want constant maintenance yet still want a beautiful floor, laminate flooring might be your best option!. Laminate flooring is a highly resilient floor. Most laminate floors are photographs or designs of hardwood or tile imprinted onto a strong inner core material (such as Melamine) and then protected with a top clear wear layer.
Similar to laminate flooring, luxury vinyl plank (LVP) or luxury vinyl tile (LVT) provide a good option for a busy household. Although they are not as durable as laminate, they provide other benefits that laminate flooring does not. LVP/LVT flooring is a highly resilient floor.

S.W. Contractors provides tile and stone installation services for flooring, showers, walls and backsplashes. Porcelain Tile has all of the benefits of Ceramic Tile. The primary advantage however is that Porcelain Tile is a more refined claying making them harder and less porous than Ceramic Tile. These Porcelain Tiles have the clay color running through the entire tile.

Silvestre Gonzales and his partner Ramiro installed flooring beautifully in my house. The were extremely hard working. This is hard physical labor and they moved all day for two days. Extremely detailed and great cut work on mouldings. They cleaned up well and remained pleasant and attentive the entire time. Is definitely recommend them.

Don't trust. Canceled the night before!
Despite 3 calls and 4 emails confirming the scheduled flooring installation this company called the night before to say they weren't available. This appointment was set over a month ago.
What that says to me is they have really bad booking practices and customer service who is not equipped to deal with the complexities and variables of construction. At this point I have 0 faith in the job being completed.
This is the back end installer for products purchased at Lumber Liquidators. Lumber Liquidator should find a new partner!

Enrique and his crew did a fabulous job. They were on time, efficient, courteous and professional. Customer service was excellent. They were on top of the project and really went out of their way to squeeze us in as fast as possible. I would highly recommend them and they will be my first call whenever we need flooring.

First of all Laura was amazing. I went to Lumber liquidators who really messed up my schedule and I was really unhappy. Laura worked with me and got her contractors in within the week. Then the contractors were great communicators. They always let me know what they are doing and if there are any changes required. Was not happy with lumber liquidators, but extremely happy with S&W.

S.W. Contractors installed our new flooring several months ago. We are a family of 5 who have had carpet our whole lives, so this was a big change for us. We can't say enough great things about the whole process. Our installers were on time, clean, professional and friendly. After living on our new beautiful wood flooring for approximately 6 months now, we love it more and more every day (do not miss the carpet at all!) We would HIGHLY recommend S.W. Contractors for any new flooring projects. We LOVE our new floors!!! Thank you!!!

SW did our apartment flooring, removing carpet and putting in laminate. From the initial walkthrough, they were professional, reliable, honest, and kind. The two contractors who did the work were excellent, and we couldn't have been happier with everything they did. They handled some hurdles in the space with patience and ease. And they finished the whole job in one day! Recommend them very highly.

Very pleased with their service. I like the reminder emails, and the photos of who is coming. Excellent cleaning job so far. Very hard worker(s). I like that all are licensed and bonded.
The only drawback is a 2 hour window for arrival time. We prefer to be home when they clean, so it kind of puts a damper on scheduling.

We really loved the cleaning service the first few times. Very clean with attention to detail. A few months in the cleaners would forget to clean certain areas. Like dusting under the furniture, and paying attention to the floors. One time they completely skipped cleaning the dining room! They started to arrive late right at dinner time so I just had them clean the floors and leave. Steve even came over to see what areas needed attention and it didn't help a bit. I think the cleaners are stretched thin with their schedules and can't get to your house on time to do the work. I was

SW Professional Cleaning makes reminder calls and sends pictures of the crew that are coming. They are on time and quick and thorough. Steve is very easy to work with, the office cleaning is perfect every time.
Update April 2017. Started to do shoddy work, leave dirty rags in shower. Kept taking my sponge. Attention to detail disappeared. Fired them. Hired a new company.

Very professional . sent photos of the cleaning crew in advance and they made the place look spotless. the floor looked brand new despite the fact that there were areas with rug tape still stuck to the laminate floor. they managed to remove all traces of it and put a beautiful shine on the rosewood laminate. with the move in special all my appliances were cleaned inside and out as well 3 large windows.. the bathroom was spotless , shiny and smelled like new. great job. they were on time and followed up to be sure i was satisfied..
