They are comfortable, seat up to 4 passengers, and they sip gas rather than guzzle it.

All the buses for the night were done and I called red cab.... He said it would be and hour I said never mind then he called me back and said he would come get me now cuz he was picking someone else up in th same area I was going. And that made me feel so much better then being stuck out side and I didn't even have enough too cover my ride he accepted what I had with out being rude. Thanks so much!!

I could not get Uber or Lyft apps to find a driver, so I called Red Taxi. The person on the phone was polite and efficient, as was the cab driver when he showed up. The driver was friendly without forcing conversation.
I appreciate that there was a plastic barrier between the passenger and driver and that masks are required.

I just needed to go from the airport to a nearby parking lot to pick up my car. Two different Red Cabs refused to take me, saying it was too close and they didn't want to lose their place in the airport queue. That was embarrassing and discriminatory...if I walk into a restaurant they don't refuse to serve me if I just order coffee.
Fortunately there are two companies that are convenient, friendly, don't discriminate, and get rated, so they have an incentive to be friendly...Uber and Lyft.

Angela with Red cab saved the day! When other taxi services and ride share drivers were stuck an accident on the highway she took backroads to get to the Silver Reef Hotel to come get me. She drove like a champ and even was friendly and talkative during the ride and got me to my flight with 15 mins to spare. Thank you, Angela! Next time I'm in town I'll be calling Red Cab to make sure I get where I need to go.

After having mixed experiences with other cab companies in the area, I decided to check Yelp for a better option. Red Cab Company has a perfect score, so they won my business.
I was returning to Bellingham from SEATAC via the Airporter shuttle bus, and I needed a cab to take me and my bags the mile or so from the shuttle office on Iowa Street to my home. We took rides with this company about 6x during our Bellingham trip. They were great both over the phone and in person. One time they were about 15 min late but they did text us with the update, so we were prepared and our driver got us to our movie in the nick of time. The other 5 times they were always on time. And on the day we needed to go to the train station and it was vital they be on time, they actually showed up early. Quite impressed!

Called and booked two trips. Person that answered the phone was polite and helpful. The test for me was, will they show up on time?
Todd arrived with at least 5 minutes to spare. Professional, friendly and very efficient. Got me to my shuttle stop with no messing around. I was very pleased and now have a 2:30am pickup scheduled for another day. I will certainly be a regular customer with all my work and pleasure trips.
