Each generous donation will continue the ongoing programs and services that directly benefit our Residents, Consumers and Clubhouse Members. Please join the Breakthrough House, Inc. Residential - Providing housing options since 1983, including 24-hour supported group living and independent living apartments.
Services
The Breakthrough House Clubhouse is a place where people with mental illness can come to rebuild their lives as part of a community of mutual support. As one member put it, "It's a good place to get yourself well." Our flagship service is one of more than 300 clubhouse programs operating in 24 countries around the world.
Breakthrough House is dedicated to helping residents who have been diagnosed with a mental illness lead fulfilling and enriching lives through a variety of services. By focusing on our members unique skills and cultivating a community of support, we are able to help our members grow to become independent.
For members diagnosed with a mental illness, it can be difficult to maintain your financial independence due to medical bills and other expenses. At Breakthrough House, we work with members who are 18 years or older who qualify for Supplemental Security Income or Social Security Disability Insurance.
Each year, Breakthrough House runs events to spread mental health awareness and to raise funds that go towards helping our members live more enriching lives through our services. The support of our Sponsors allowed us to surpass our fundraising goal of $15,000 by raising $20,000. Special thanks to Robert Sanders and Tom Stringer serving on the golf committee!

I met with Debra a few weeks ago and was very impressed with her. She seemed very caring and competent. The turnover there has been absolutely horrendous and I don't really understand that, but Lindsay has been answering the phone and I have found her to be nice and doing a good job. I have talked twice now with Coleen and believe her to be very competent. She has helped me on both occasions and I'm grateful.

This non profit is the worst place to work. They lack direction by the director Steven Robinson. And Debra . It's sad because they are not serving their consumers as they should according to SSDI AND SSI.

They do not hold the people the "help" responsible for the damages they do to your property. Landlords should never rent to people who have breakthrough as a payee. Had thousands of dollars of damage done to property and all they did was find the tenants another place to destroy. Out thousands of dollars and they pretty much said to bad. Wouldn't call them a Christian organization
