We recently moved into our new home, and I had no knowledge of wood burning stoves. Not only were they incredibly thorough in our cleaning but also very knowledgeable about our current stove, wood stacks, and air flow in our house, and how to work with all of those to get the best results. When they were done, our chimney was safe and very clean, and I came away feeling more confident about using the stove and going with them in the future.

We have been here 4 months. Our fireplaces won’t light. We called Dan. He is in the busiest time of year. However, he took the time to call us and try to walk through what might be a fix. We were unable to do anything, but Dan never gave up. We do appreciate his effort after a very long day for him. Booked an appointment and will see him later.

Dan provided me with great service. I tried using another local shop in the Camas/Washougal area and they couldn’t fix my issue. I wasn’t sure what to expect on my second try to fix my broken fireplace insert. From start to finish Dan was smart, friendly and fast. Don’t waste your time with other fireplace shops if you live in the area. Just call Dan.
