I had a deal fall through with them early this summer that was due to a denied roof insurance claim on my end. Months later I reached out with a problem regarding that transaction and Joe and Shelly were on it and helped me out as if our deal was still going on. I had to sell my mother's house in Oklahoma City from my residence in West Virginia. Thus I had to rely on my realtor for absolutely everything related to the sale. This included clearing out furniture and miscellaneous possessions of my mom, cleanig, and other necessities. My Becky Ivins group realtor handle everything wonderfully.
