I have them the correct number and they went right over to pick it up and bring it to the right house.

I hadn't heard of Village Floral and Gifts, however I was in need of flowers delivered in the Schenectady area so I did an internet search to find a local florist. There were many to choose from, and several who are more well known names throught the Capital District, but after reading the reviews and comparing prices I chose this lesser known shop and I'm so glad I did. I went with the designers choice, but the friendly staff was more than happy to work with me to design an arrangement that would incorporate my ideas with their expert knowledge of floral design. A last minute decision to send flowers was met with prompt, professional assistance. A timely delivery need was not a problem, the arrangement was hand delivery as promised and backed up with an email to alert me that the flowers were delivered.
A great arrangement, with prompt delivery at the right price makes Village Floral and Gifts ,my hometown florist the only place to call on.

On a busy Mothers’ Day weekend the staff went above and beyond to create a gorgeous arrangement for my father in law’s funeral. They even contacted the funeral home to make sure the arrangement was perfect and suitable for the space. I’m addition, they were kind enough to text me pictures before it was delivered just to make sure we were happy with it. Beautiful designs, quality flowers and top notch customer service. I highly recommend The Village Florist!!
