This company is the definition of unprofessional and incompetent. About a month ago, I called requesting some basic services (riser installation and a pump out). The receptionist said a technician would call me. This never happened. I called three times over the next three weeks requesting the same services. Again, I was told someone would call to schedule service. Finally, I called a fourth time and finally I was able to get a technician scheduled for a date and time. Well, on that date and time the technician calls and cancels and asks to reschedule. I agreed to reschedule for two days later

I am not the review person! But if there is below than 1 star i would of give that to this company! Called 2 weeks straight tried to reach to Denis get price and when he can fix. He is never in office left twice a day 2 weeks straight message to his secretary! Nobody called! She is Extremely rude! Dont even waste your time with them! Very Unprofessional!

Impeccable service from their tech Jon and his assistant, a can do and won’t stop attitude was impressive to see. Very professional and never lost their heads or their cool. Worked long into the night in 18 degree temps. Pricing was very reasonable for the work they put in. Would Definitely recommend using their service if you every have a drain issue in your house or business.
