I've used Budge It Drains twice in the past with good results. This week was the complete opposite. My plumber fixed an issue with the toilet then suggested we call Joe to snake a line to remove what he assumed was a clog. The techs came and I related what the plumber said. They were there for 20 minutes and charged $370. Two days later my toilets stopped flushing again. I called Budge It Drains again to let them know the problem still existed. This time a different tech asked to look in the septic tank and noted it was flooded with water and that was the actual problem. He waived the normal $80

I used Budget Drain to clear out the main sewer line that became clogged by roots. The technician Mac was awesome. He explained the process and got the water flowing again. He had all the equipment on site. He was professional and he cleaned up after the job. I would definitely recommend this business.

I called Budge It yesterday at about noon because my tub was draining very slowly. Joe said someone would arrive within the hour, and he was there in about 45 minutes. There was a significant blockage of some kind about 20 feet down the line that took quite some time to work out. Joe was able to dislodge it and the tub was draining in about 45 minutes.
Later that night the tub was draining as slowly as before. I called Joe this morning and he was to the house, with another person, inside an hour. They were able to resolve the issue permanently with no additional fee.

Budget Drains did an awesome job. My plumber recommended them to me for an issue with our main bath tub. I called just after 8am and they were at our house by 9:30. Persistent to get the job done accurately. Friendly and reasonable price. Definitely recommend and will use again if we have another issue!!!

I have to say, I have used this company in the past and needed their services again and they respond right away both times, I was never left hanging.
When I spoke with them I was told they were in the neighborhood and would stop by and within 30 minutes they were here. They fixed my problem and told/showed me where the problem was. They gave me the information I needed to fix the problem permanently.
They are professional, courteous and respectful and i will definitely use them again, if needed.

I was referred to Budge It Drains from highly regarded plumbing firm. I have now had two experiences with them - one to install a new sewer injection pump and one to repair it (thanks to my 16 year old for flushing a hand towel down the toliet). Two different guys, same experience. Nice, professional, knowledgable, efficient and excellent communication skills. I highly recommend this business.

WAY OVERPRICED. I was charged 270 for a staff person to put a snake down two drains that took 40 minutes from time he came to left. The person was also in area so not a huge drive. Professional staff person but robbery price to do that. My licensed plumber would not have charged me 300 for this. There was hair in sink. Disgraceful

I was referred to Budget It Drains by my prior plumber who recently retired. I called them around 9:30am for water backing up into my house and Pat arrived at my house within an hour. Pat was able to resolve the issue quickly and was friendly, informative and professional. Very happy with the quality and speed of service.

I can't say enough good things about this company. When I called the office this morning I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman and explained to him my plumbing situation and that my 90 year old mother who has Alzheimer's was living in the home. The whole house was clogged and my mom was afraid she was going to have to leave the home. Of course my mom is on a fixed income so cost was a huge issue. When I spoke to him about this I was amazed at the price he quoted me compared to a previous company who had been here to do the same work. About a year ago when this happened, mom paid

I was having an issue with my toilet intermittently flushing. Fred came to my house yesterday, took the toilet off, augered it and claimed that there was no blockage, just some build up. When he was putting the toilet back on, he asked if the toilet was "rocking" previously, and I stated that it had not. He then said that the copper flange should be replaced because he could only bolt one side of the toilet. The initial problem that I called for persisted because the problem has not been fixed. Another plumber came back out today and he claimed that the issue was the flange that
