First time, I had taken a friend to get her drapes dry clean and they provide an ok customer service. Knowing that the business can get the job done, I took my second friend whom needed a shirt dry clean. However, they were rude to my friends when it was time to pick up the shirt. The lady made some mean comments because they had a difficult time getting the stains out. I will not recommend any of my friends to go there again even if they can get the job done. Cutomer service with compassion and respect is a must to have a business that deals directly with customers. This place shows very little
