Our Occupational Therapist works with patients who need to learn or re-learn basic life skills or work skills. Health Essentials Resource & Services, Inc's mission is to provide comprehensive, high-quality care under the guidelines of medicare and the State on a preventative and post-hospitalization basis.

We have created a practice that we believe in and choose for our own elderly members. We are a full-service family practice of dedicated, experienced Skilled Clinicians who believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. We work together to serve your elderly loved ones for all of their medical needs during their late stage of life.
