Steve has been fixing cars for more than half of his life. After completing a four-year automotive repair curriculum at a technical high school, Steve immediately began working in the industry. From diagnosing and repairing some of the most advanced and uncommon automotive issues to managing service department employees from technicians to service advisors to porters, Steve understands cars and the car business from bumper to bumper.
Cody has nearly eight years of experience as an automotive repair technician, five of which were focused on Lexus repair. Kaden got his start in the auto maintenance and repair world working for Einstein's Oilery before joining Peterson Motor Company, where he first met and worked with Steve for four years.

One of the BEST auto repair facilities I have ever come across in my 49 years of driving. Caden and crew fit me into their schedule as I was from out of town and my Prius gave me the diagnosis of a defective inverter water pump. Took my car in at 4 PM on Wednesday and they had it repaired by 10 AM on Thursday. I highly recommend this facility for all your auto repair needs. Kudos to Naylors and a big thank you.

My husband and I extensively searched for auto shops that had really good reviews. We found Naylor had the best reviews out of anyone and after checking them out, we understand why. I brought in a vehicle that I was donating. I wanted a few things fixed so the new owners had a reliable car right away. They were honest about what they would fix for a car that is just being given away. Now we bring our other vehicles here and I'm always impressed with their friendliness and professionalism.
