Welcome to Three Tree Point Bed & Breakfast, a true Northwest retreat where you'll be greeted by spectacular panoramic views of Mount Rainier and the Olympic Mountains. Surrounded by this breathtaking scenery, nestle into one of our two private, independent guest accommodations, The Suite or The Cottage.
You may select from one of our two private independent accommodations, the suite or the cottage. Both units feature a living room with fireplace, full kitchen, dining area, bedroom with a view, bathroom, laundry facility, and a private outdoor patio with a dinning set. With spectacular views, each facility is like a vacation rental and includes a wonderful breakfast ready to prepare anytime.
Time for some personal enrichment: relax in the privacy of your own secluded lodging for a rejuvenating treatment. Therapeutic massage restores the balance to the mind and body. Receive a Deep Tissue, Swedish, or a Sport massage from a Licensed Massage Practitioner. Then follow up with a soak in the hot tub.
Take a walk down the Indian trail to the beach and/or enjoy the local neighborhood restaurants. We are located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Seattle, Washington and 10 minutes from Sea-Tac Airport. Perfect for the discerning business and pleasure traveler. Breakfast is provided in your own accommodation's for you to enjoy at your leisure. Your table, set with colorful Fiesta Ware, is enhanced with fresh cut flowers. You will find a variety of healthy and delicious breakfast items in your kitchen. These choices include fresh danishes, fresh fruit, juices, Starbucks coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and hot apple cider.

What an amazing find! Three Tree Point Bed and Breakfast surpassed my expectations. The rooms were roomy and beautifully decorated with love. Penny couldn’t have been nicer . She’s a very warm, kind person who goes out of her way to make your stay perfect. The views from the cottage and suite are gorgeous. If you’re looking for a piece of heaven this is your spot. Thank you Whisler family for the perfect stay. Hope we are able to come this way again.

This was perfect for our honeymoon! Penny was so kind and helpful with suggestions within the area, and we so appreciated the fresh pastries every day. Relaxing every evening in the hot tub overlooking the water was picture-perfect. We're already planning on going back to Seattle and staying here again as soon as we can.

Really cool camping experience. They lady that rents was very friendly and had everything you needed. The walk to site not far but a little rough. coming back up if not in shape might hurt a little but if young you got this. My first glamping experience and thought it was great. didn't have any young kids with us but if you do she even had stuff for them.

Beautiful modern cottage with stunning views of Puget Sound. It's on a quiet dead end road. That isn't the best part though. The owner and hostess, Penny, provided excellent service and communication. When I arrived, pastries, fruit, and freshly baked bread were waiting for me. In addition, the fridge was stocked with milk, juice, eggs, yogurt, jams, salsa, and 1/2 and 1/2. Amazing! A tray containing granola and all the fixings was nearby.
The cottage is lovely and well appointed. I'm planning on booking at Three Trees B&B the next time I'm in Seattle. Highly recommend!

A great location with beautiful views of the sound. We stayed in the cottage during our visit and could not have been more pleased. From the well stocked fridge that was magically restocked whenever we popped out to breakfast recipes for us to try, no detail was overlooked. A peaceful hideaway that's close to the city and very close to the airport (but without the noise). Pet friendly was the clincher for us. But don't take my word, go see for yourself.

Three Tree Point B&B far surpassed our expectations. The property and view is beautiful. You look out over Puget Sound with Mount Rainier in the background. It is a short walk to the shoreline. The location is convenient, within 15 minutes of the airport. The accommodations and attention to detail are wonderful. We stayed in the Suite and loved it - private patio with table and chairs, umbrella, adirondack chairs, full kitchen, large family room area with flatscreen TV and fireplace, separate bedroom with luxury linens. The bathroom was perfect and I am very picky about bathrooms. The whole place

Our 2nd visit to Three Tree Point B&B, and stayed for nearly two weeks. The B&B is in a spectacular location relative to Seattle, as it is set about 20 minutes south of the city on a bluff overlooking Puget Sound. The views of the Olympia mountains to the west during sunset and Mt Rainier to the southeast during sunrise and throughout the day are spectacular to view, especially from the outdoor hot tub. Inside the cottage the windows are large and provide these views from the living room, while the bedroom faces Mt Rainier as you wake. The cottage is well appointed, with a very comfortable living

We spent a week at Three Tree Point B & B and did not want our stay to end. Our wonderful stay started with the quiet area of Burien - you leave the traffic congestion when you enter Burien and by the time to reach this B & B there are very few cars on the streets. The Suite is beautifully decorated and very comfortable for a couple. Luxurious bed linens, numerous pillows and comfy bed was welcome after exploring. We were pampered with a very well stocked kitchen for cooking - spices, baking supplies, cookware, fresh eggs, milk, juice, Snapple, oatmeal. And every day we looked forward to the delicious

Really great place to stay when you want a place that's secluded from the City, yet easy to access when needed. Attached to the main house but feels very private. Steps from the door is a great path down to the Beach. Quiet neighborhood overall. Everything you could need in the B&B is there and it's all clean and super comfortable. The host, Penny, is really amazing, tending to every detail. Super great place to stay in, we will return!

Spacious living areas, comfy bedroom with beautiful views of Puget Sound. 20 minutes door-to-door to Renton for my business meetings. So easy to get to, and such a peaceful retreat once I arrived. I went running on the beach before sunset - it's a quick n easy jog down to the water. LOVE IT!
