Budget private bungalow for rent: The Coco Cottage House with 2 BedroomsThis house was originally the maid's quarters for the previous plantation owner. You'll feel the history and culture of the old days while enjoying conveniences of the modern world. Surrounded by huge garden of flowers and palm trees.
Best budget bungalow for rent: The Vonu HutThis house is slightly smaller than the Coco Cottage and will be most comfortable for the budget-minded traveller. It's similarly appointed but also has air conditioning and an extraordinarily well equipped kitchen. Vonu is Fijian for "Turtle", and like a turtle in his shell, the Vonu Hut sets nestled in the lush gardens with some ocean view and easy direct beach access.

I’ve been in SigaSiga Sands three times in the past three years. I found it to be the most amazing place to relax and learn about the Fijian culture. The wide open spaces, the privacy and the beautiful white sand beach is very inviting at any time of day or night. They have a wonderful caretaker family that lives on the other side of this huge property that is always available for anything I might need or want.
The cottage is keep very clean and the Manager thinks of everything when it comes to the amenities and activities. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. I don’t normally watch

5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from town is the sigasiga resort. The place is beautiful and has a incredible house reef about a 10-minute walk off shore. The family that looks after the place are very friendly and the food is delicious Indian food. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

I was living in the Vonu Hut for two weeks, had an amazing time! Wonderful garden, pure white and empty beach, tons of fresh fruits to make Banana-Papaya-Coco-Mango-Pinapple-... shakes all day (had blender in the kitchen). Highly recommend this place, it feels like a homestay, and the owner is fun :) Welcome to paradise!
