We provide Primary Care health services from 5 years to 105 years old, via a Direct Primary Care model.

Our clinic started as a dream-a vision of a world where everyone has access to exceptional, affordable care. This dream started in 2009, out of personal need. Our clinic owner, Nancy, was in the midst of nursing school, had a young family, and minimal funds. Every dollar made a difference. Her husband carried the income and the insurance benefit for the family.
Primary care providers are also known as general practitioners. They are trained to prevent, diagnose, and treat conditions across the whole life span. Primary care providers perform preventive services like screenings, diagnosis and treatment of acute injuries or illness, and management of chronic conditions.
We provide traditional office visits, telemedicine (virtual care) visits, and even house calls for your convenience! If you don't already have a primary care provider or their office can't see you for a couple days, these might just be the services for you! Telemedicine is a virtual visit from the comfort of your home via computer or smart phone.
Integrative health is a care model that melds conventional western medicine treatments with non-conventional alternative treatments. It is considered to be a client-centered model of promoting optimal health & wellness. Sex is a normal part of life. When things are not going right in the bedroom, that can effect other areas of life and our relationships.
The average company pays $14,800 per worker a year in healthcare premiums. This number continues to rise year after year. This forces companies to utilize funds that could have gone to raises into healthcare for their employees. But there's another option-Direct Primary Care. Direct primary care is a form of health coverage but isn't health insurance.

I have utilized the services of Nancy for both testosterone implants, blood work, and Stem Cell and PRP injections for a shoulder injury. The injections for my shoulder were beyond any expecting. I could barely reach to my waistline at my side on one side with my normal range of motion on the ok there side being able to reach to the upper region of my opposite scapula. It took about one and half months to start noticing improvement and in about six months my range was normal and has remained normal over the past year. I am exceedingly happy with all the services I received. Thank you.

Nancy is incredible! She's taken great care with the management of my health. Nancy's attentiveness and knowledge assured me I chose the best primary care provider for my needs. Nancy Ashby treated my plantar fasciitis with PRP in March 2020. I am now very pleased with the results. Nancy did inform me that it would take a few months for complete healing. I was impressed that during the procedure Nancy took the time to look at my plantar fasciitis under ultra sound and discovered that it was torn thus the reason for my foot swelling at the arch. Nancy also was very informative about the entire PRP process. I would highly recommend Nancy Ashby as a Nurse Practitioner. She is very professional and a pleasant person as well.
