Nothing on this site is intended as conveying legal advice nor as creating an attorney/client relationship.
Services
In 1975, Marvin H. Gold opened a one man law practice at 237 South York Road in Hatboro with two goals in mind: 1) to succeed professionally, and 2) to make sure that no one who walked through his door with a problem, be it criminal, civil or family, received less than careful, well-researched, and well-argued legal representation for less money than larger firms charge.
The Law Office of Gold and Gold has helped clients to create, acquire, and protect their businesses for 40 years. That means advising sole proprietors on how to formalize their business and protect their assets, helping prospective business owners to successfully negotiate a purchase, and, when negotiating fails, representing businesses in litigation so that their rights are protected and their assets kept safe.
Attorney Marvin Gold is both a blue collar tradesman and a white collar professional. He has personally framed roofs, ceilings, walls and floors, installed siding, built and installed windows, bent custom aluminum trim, hung, taped, and finished drywall panels, laid brick and block, wired entire buildings, installed copper and plastic supply lines, hot water heating systems, plastic drain and well pipes, custom wood cabinets, and custom trim.
In 1969, Marvin H. Gold was a senior education-major at Penn State University with plans to teach high school English, not practice law. All of that changed when police searched his apartment and found marijuana belonging to one of his five roommates inside. Marvin Gold knows first-hand the agonizing experience of being accused of a crime you did not commit and the difficulty of achieving a good life and satisfying career with a criminal record.
If your home or business has been damaged by events outside of your control, the last thing you will want to read is a letter from your insurance company stating that the assets which you believed were insured are not covered by your policy and that your claim has been denied. Too often, this is what occurs.
