Lella graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Elementary Education. Lella states that she is one of the lucky people who truly loves her job! She enjoys seeing the children learn the skills they need to be successful in school, as well as hearing feedback from their parents about how great they are doing once they start "big" school.
Bry graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Elementary Education and received her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She taught at Mitchell's Place for 9 years. Bry loves working to make a difference in young children.

Services
The Board of Directors is the governing body of PreSchool Partners, and consists of community leaders, business owners, lawyers and parents. Individuals who sit on the board are responsible for overseeing the organization's activities and attending periodic meetings.
All members have demonstrated a passion for PreSchool Partners and the community and have a specialized set of skills used to help grow and sustain the mission, vision and values of PreSchool Partners.

The Young Partners Board offers young professionals the opportunity to build leadership skills, establish relationships with other young professionals and the opportunity to give back to the community through volunteer and fundraising opportunities. The Young Partners Board consists of members ranging in age from 22-35.
These volunteers come to the school once a week for an hour to work with the same class. The children are divided into 3 groups and rotate through learning centers that the teacher has set up. This helps enrich the children's learning experience. The 4 year olds have learning centers from 10:00-11:00, the 3's from 11:00-12:00, and the 2's from 10:30 -11:30.
The Partners Circle offers different opportunities for members to engage with the students of PreSchool Partners, help with fundraising efforts for our Children's and Parent Programs, and raise awareness for our program in the community. Whether you are able to devote one hour a year, one hour a month, or one hour a week - we have something for you!
