I'm Scott, a full-time firefighter, and my wife Erin is a former nurse. We're proud to be in the business of providing unique apparel to fire departments across the nation. Our story began in the winter of 2007 after being blessed with our first child. While beginning to adjust to parenthood, we realized that our work schedules overlapped for several hours most mornings.

I have done three separate orders with Elite Fire Apparel. On this last one, they special ordered me a specific hat and had helped do several virtual samples for me to see along the way before placing the large order that came in ahead of schedule to my doorstep. Their customer service and stitching work is 10/10.

I've ordered a number of hats from Elite Fire Appearal and have been happy with all of them. However, on the last order, there was a little bleed through of some colors on the passport. I sent customer service a picture around 6pm the day I received the hat, by 10am the following day I had received an email that a replacement was already being made and would be sent out later that day. Awesome customer service. Will definitely continue using EFA.
