Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a non-profit organization section 501(C)(3)) founded with the goal to give people the experience of inner peace, inner bliss, balance, well-being and a powerful method to self transformation and spiritual actualization via the ancient wisdom of meditation. Classes are run by experienced meditation practitioners who volunteer their time to freely share the knowledge and the experience.
Sahaja Yoga Meditation celebrates The World Inner Peace Day in 40 countries all over the world. We all understand the need & importance of world peace. We need to be the change we want to see in the world as Gandhi said. However we do not know a way how we can achieve that inner peace and seldom do we come as a collective to express our desire and intent for world peace.
