Although he was responsive, the quote was very high and he backed out and cancelled on us (with foul language and snarky response) because we needed him to fill out an online form for our home warranty so that we could be reimbursed. Very unprofessional. Wasted our time and our tenants are still without hot water. sigh, starting over.

If you want unreliable pricing and a total lack of service, Joe is your man. Otherwise go elsewhere. I called several companies for quotes, supplying photos, for a water heater replacement in May 2021. Joe told me the difference between him and larger companies is that they would give me a quote, and then raise it on coming out, but that he stuck to his quote - no extra add ons. Well, no sooner had Joe arrived than he tacked on an extra $100 as the removal of old unit would require an extra man. Wouldn't he have known that from my description and photos? Now it is 5 months later and my water

After our water heater unexpectedly failed, we started looking around for someone to come install a new one ASAP. Joe was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He came through and got our home running hot water again quickly after the cold snap caused my old tank to rupture. While the big companies were slow to return my calls and were giving me lead times of nearly a week, Joe promised next day, and managed to come though SAME day when I offered him the job. Our water heater died about 6 months ago and we called Joe based on reviews. He responded promptly and installed a new water heater in about 24 hours. Turns out, we had a defective unit and pilot light wouldn't remain lit after about 6 months. We called Joe and he installed a replacement heater in about 36 hours and said he would deal with the manufacturer. This was after I spent over an hour on hold with manufacturer (Rheem) only to be told that they would ship a new pilot light assembly and we would need to arrange to have it installed once received. That meant 3-5 days without hot water

Man I was in a pinch....I looked up the other reviews on this company and thought they sound great! I was EXTREMELY happy I did. This job was for a rental property of mine and I definitely didn't want my tenants to be without water for long. Joe was super fast. His service was amazing! I don't mean like millennial avocado toast amazing, but actually amazing! I made the call, took some pictures and he knew exactly how and what needed to be replaced. These reviews aren't kidding, Joe is the real deal. Scheduling and water heater selection were done in a few hours via text message, price was cheaper than the other bids I received. First, he is the business owner himself. So if something goes wrong later, I do not need to deal with "I need to talk with my manager." Second, his price is competitive. Although I got a lower bid from others, I wasn't sure if they understands my situation. My situation was a bit complicated.
