The whole team did great work on getting us a new water heater. We greatly appreciated how communicative they were throughout the process. We had a minor concern about the setup of the condensate drainage system and they responded promptly and addressed our concern at no additional cost. I had Tim Bateman, from Great NW install a water heater in my home. He was friendly, he arrived on time, and his work product was top notch. This install involved some extra plumbing and fitting work. Tim mastered the complications with ease and the finished job looks like it was done by a professional. I’d recommend them for certain.
