I bought three large shades for my big living room windows over 20 years ago. The shades are on the south side of the house. At year 20, the shades look brand new and the mechanism that brings the shades up and down still work perfectly. I would highly recommend this company. Our family has been completely pleased with our shades.

The Shade Shop staff, Mattie, was very professional and excellent in helping us with our drapes. We had custom made, wall to wall, ceiling to floor, drapes with room darkening, and sound proofing - a total of 4 layers! They keep our bedroom dark at night and quiet. We recently had a flood in our apartment. I contacted The Shade Shop and in a few hours, Shelli had someone come to our apartment and take the drapes and ceiling track down! Great prompt customer service! Thank you shade shop!

We’ve purchased numerous window blinds and Phantom Screens from these wonderful folks over the years. They have all been consistently caring with us throughout each of our experiences with them. They always come through with their commitments in a timely fashion. Josh came out this week to help us solve a minor issue with a screen track that was loosened after two years of use. He cleverly and quickly solved the problem to our great satisfaction and didn’t charge a penny for his on-schedule effort. Friendly people, great products, excellent service.

Everyone I dealt with at the shadeshop was gracious, professional and incredibly helpful with a project in Houston that I had to manage remotely from NYC during the height of the quarantine/pandemic. They were able to measure and install a complicated custom drapery rod for me and install it quickly and accurately. The pricing was very fair as well.

I highly recommend The Shade Shop. Before I stumbled upon The Shade Shop I was debating on whether I was going to get blinds through Costco or through an online store. I made an honest mistake on entering into this store thinking I was at The Shade Store, but I'm so glad I made this mistake.
