Moe was very knowledgeable about the different shades and was able to quickly understand our vision for our house and make recommendations based off of that. Installed blinds and shades, says no warranty after a year on blinds because out of spec. Also won’t cover warranty on shades says he won’t send installer because it cost him money.
Worst experience ever, would not recommend don’t go cheap with this guy, spend money and get quality and reliability elsewhere.
Picture shows you said it will get replaced but it didn’t we sent you pictures as you can see.
