This shop is the best I've ever been to. They are extremely professional, extremely nice and caring. I was having issues with a car I had just purchased and explained the situation to Tommy. He was so understanding and took the best care of me and my car. I will always bring my car back to them. I appreciate everything they have done for me. I highly recommend them!

My vehicle was having ac issues. I called arrowhead imports and they got me in same day and took care of the problem. It’s always nerve racking taking your vehicle in for repairs. My ac fix was a relatively minor repair BUT repair shops can tell you anything. I don’t worry about that here. They are honest and will take care of you. A+ job Tommy and crew.

Words cannot express on how amazing this mechanic shop is. I own a 2012 Toyota Prius V, bought from Toyota. Tommy was my service writer for several years with remarkable customer services. When he and his wife decided to open their own shop, going with was a no brainer for me. From oil changes, routine maintenance, and most recently large repairs such as transmission and engine rebuild; my experience remains remarkably consistent with Tommy and his team at Arrowhead Imports. Took my truck in for engine codes, they were extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to help. I scheduled an appointment and my truck was fixed that day. Took the truck for a drive after the repair and it felt brand new off the lot. They even followed up a couple of days later asking if everything was ok and if I had any questions or concerns. I will never step foot at a dealership for services again now that I found this place. I will refer out to friends and family for sure. They also explained things thoroughly to me which was beyond helpful. Excellent and highly recommend thank you!!

Tommy and staff were incredibly professional and honest! Went through my entire vehicle and did the necessary repairs at a very fair price, quality work, vehicle was finished when they said it would be. I will not hesitate to use Arrowhead Imports in the future and would recommend them to anyone, even if it’s for a second opinion on another service quote!

With auto repair/maintenance, it's difficult to find all "three legs of the stool" (skilled mechanics, great customer service, and fair policies/pricing).
Arrowhead Imports did a great job on my BMW; and they took time to thoroughly inspect the car, and explain their findings. All for a fraction of what the dealership would have charged.
I'm relieved to have found Tommy and his shop. Stop reading this and get your car in there!

This is the second time I have used Arrowhead Imports. The 1st time a battery for my BMW. Beat the dealer by 50% and the same type with a going over of the vehicle finding out that my A/C only had .7 lbs of freon and it should have 1.3. No wonder it was not that cold. Tommy, no big deal just come back when I'm ready next summer. Today had A/C fixed, new brakes on rear and oil change. AGAIN over 50% lower than Dealer. OH, I'm sorry they didn't wash my car for $200. No B.S. just good old fashioned service. Dealership has to remember "You can't put a price on word of mouth advertising!" Guess who
