Nurses at Heart was incorporated by LeQuitha Simmons, RN. Ms. Simmons was born and raised in Harrisburg, Pa. She is a United States Army Veteran. She served our country in Talil Airforce Base, Iraq during the war "Iraqi Freedom". Stationed in various places such as Korea, Fort Lee Virginia and Fort Benning, Georgia.
We have expanded and now have a location in Mcleansville, North Carolina. Nurses At Heart is managed by a group of dynamic professionals committed to meeting your staffing needs. I worked for them and got overwhelmed and had to quit. I understand that was unprofessional but they have held my pay just because of it. Everytime I call they say the check has been mailed when usually the check is direct deposited. Seems like because I quit they are making me wait on the money I worked for. My recruiter BLOCKED my number from calling her phone now I have to call private or from another phone so she'll answer. That's so messy!! Still no pay!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I worked for them for several months, and they play favorites. Some of their staff get away with nearly anything while others are reprimanded for doing much less. They asked me to pick up a night shift and within 30 minutes kicked me off of the app. I had to call them regarding the app, and that is when I was told they wouldn’t be using me due to tardies and call outs. I’ve called out one time. They have other staff members that are known for sleeping in their vehicles and unable to locate during the shift that still have jobs. Their administrative
