Founded in 1965, the company initially produced wall panels using Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam. Recreational products such as ice coolers, surfboards, and swim rings evolved over the years. In 1985, Pacific Allied became a partner in AFM, Inc. qualifying it to be the AFM trade name for roofing and housing products.
Injection Molding is the first step of a two-step process in manufacturing plastic containers used for soda, juice, milk and water. Pacific Allied Products has been using the Injection Molding process to produce plastic preforms since 2003. In this process, plastic pellets are measured, melted and molded into various preform sizes.
Pacific Allied Products takes pride in the ability to blow plastic bottles for the beverage industry. Our equipment is versatile and can produce a wide range of bottle sizes. Our newest bottle size is compact and great for when you need a little hydration to hold you off when you're on the run. This bottle size is the go-to choice for companies holiding promotional giveaways.
Preforms are the product of Injection Molding. In 2003, Pacific Allied Products teamed up with Husky, the leader in the preform manufacturing equipment industry, and installed two HyPet Preform Injection Molding Systems to meet the growing demand of our customers. Having these two Husky HyPet Systems allows us to produce preforms efficiently and with low energy consumption.
