In 2015, our family purchased and took over ownership of a long-standing laundry facility in Wilmerding, PA, and established it as Allegheny Laundry. Our goal was to create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable facility for customers, while still remaining a dependable staple in the community.
In addition to offering our services to the immediate Wilmerding community, we are excited to now be able to offer a variety of other services to surrounding communities as well, including a wash & fold service (drop off & pick up OR free pickup & delivery) for all items needing laundered- personal items, uniforms, linens, towels, dry cleaning, and more!

Services
Established in 2015, Allegheny Laundry is a family-owned and operated business. Regular customers are probably pretty familiar with our faces, as we enjoy and take pride in being hands-on owners of our facility! Well-known in Allegheny County over the past several decades, we're incredibly pleased and excited to honor that history by offering a fresh, updated facility for all of your coin laundry needs.
Our wash and fold service offers the best name brand detergents and dryer sheets (both scented and unscented). We're happy to accommodate your preferences as well as any special requests and/or instructions! Our laundry service pickup and delivery near Pittsburgh will pickup your wash and fold as well as your dry cleaning.
We offer laundry pickup and delivery near Allegheny County, Pittsburgh, and Washington County, PA. Our laundry pickup is FREE with a $35 minimum order. The minimum order can combine your laundry pickup with your dry cleaning pickup and delivery. All you need to do is put your dry cleaning in a separate bag from your laundry.
Drop off laundry to our Allegheny County location and we'll wash and dry, then fold your clothes. Our wash and fold laundry service costs $1.30 for next-day service. If you need same-day service, the cost is $1.55 a pound. For wash and dry drop off laundry, please give us a day's notice that you are going to drop off clothes.
Our self-service laundromat in Wilmerding, PA features 17 washing machines and 11 dryers. We have a variety of different washer sizes available for all of your needs, and are proud to offer 10 brand new top loaders as well as a full complement of brand new dryers.
Aside from ample parking, we also welcome you to take advantage of our seating area, as well as our drink and snack vending machines, two change machines, ATM, laundry carts, and laundry folding tables, all available for your comfort and convenience at our coin laundromat.

Finding a laundry/dry cleaning service that picks up and delivers was fantastic when I was ill last year and unable to do my own laundry or drive to a dry cleaner. Allegheny Laundry was the answer and they took care of my initial order perfectly.
Unfortunately, the good service didn't last. Last fall, I sent clothes to be dry cleaned and shirts to be laundered. The slacks came back folded in a pile with the creases laid flat. Some ties I sent came back with the linings twisted. I decided I wasn't going to use them again.
