Well I am just wondering when they are going to open again. They're right around the corner and we have to go so far to wash our clothes. They're open for you to drop off but not to the public, which I do not understand. I 🤔 thought they were remodeling but they have been closed since the beginning of the pandemic. I hope 🤞 they reopen soon. Some of the staff is wonderful ☺️

The woman on front desk is so helpful.She would help you set up everything and explain it great.
We went for washing a lot of bed sheets and mattress covers and it was cheap.
3 machines to select,wash only is 2.5 to 5$ while larger ones for bed sheets or comforters are 5 or 6$.
1 quarter for every 8 mins for dryer.
Little place to sit too during laundry.
They also offer drop off service but that seems a bit expensive.

Nice neighborhood laundry mat. It's usually clean and the machines are in working order. The owner's are very friendly and take very good of the place. What hurts Old Towne is the hired staff. A couple weeks ago, me and my girlfriend had an alteration with one of the female staff and her husband, who showed up near closing. The woman told us to leave while we were folding and instructed us to just "throw our stuff in a bag and go".

I have been going to this Laundromat for a year, because its close, convenient, and I regularly even purchase their bottles of detergent and boxes of dryer sheets. There are signs posted everywhere on their windows that the Laundromat is open until 7:00 and that the last loads must be in the washer by 5:45. I have now been turned away TWICE by the female attendant for attempting to put laundry in around 5:15-5:20 (which is obviously prior to their posted limit of 5:45.) I am livid as I now have to travel 30 minutes to the next closest laundromat all because she was too lazy to stay open until the
