This has been the worst service my family has received. My mother chose this firm to assist with obtaining guardianship of my cousin following the passing of my grandmother. A case that she was told she only take 30 days has taken 5 almost 6 months. My mother gets no updates unless she contact them in which she literally has to harass the firm. I need a lawyer who had great knowledge of child custody battles to represent me. When I reached out I spoke with her assistant she was very helpful and persistent in ensuring I received help even if it wasn't from them. She called constantly to ensure I didn't forget. She provided me with the invoices and responses immediately. When I received my consultation I was educated and informed of my best course of actions. Nice firm. However, I had to do a lot of following up on what happens next / next steps. Also, I was not aware of parenting classes that were needed to divorce, the paralegal never told me, which delayed my divorce another month. I felt like this was an easy case but I wasn't priority, maybe because it wasnt enough money involved.

This law firm is terrible. Both Samantha Holloway and Tiffany Bell are incompetent and unprofessional. I hired them to assist me in a custody case and not only were they not able to help but they actually made things worse. Their response time is terrible and takes 2-3 weeks for an email correspondence. More importantly they lack integrity and consistency in their billing processes. For the first two months I received a monthly recap showing what work had been completed and what I was charged. Then it stopped-for 5 months. In January 2020 I received an invoice for "work that was done" in October

Tifini Bell charged me a $4000 retainer fee. I was fighting to keep my kids & myself safe from their abusive father. She did NOTHING. On the day of court she did not fight what so ever. Instead she told me why I should agree with what his attorney was asking for. I had to fight for myself & my children. In addition, afterwards she had the audacity to ask for more money.
