From start to finish Anthony and his team were absolutely awesome! I booked an appt. using the website, got a confirmation email from Anthony and met him the next day. He was early to the job site. We walked the property which was in great need of his removal services. We got started that day!

Junk Responders to the rescue! We had a pile of junk from moving in and needed to get rid of them to clear some space. I contacted Junk Responders on Yelp with pictures of our pile for quote. All communications were through Yelp messages and texts. Their price is reasonable. Ryan and Tyler were the guys that came and pick up our junk. Both were super friendly and professional. My former junk guys flaked, and I have a tenant moving in. I contacted Junk Responders around noon, sent pictures of the job to be done, and in just over 2 hours that were at my rental property and working hard. They managed to wrestle all the abandoned tenant property into one load, even taking the time to re-stack some items to ensure that it would all fit. We had a garage of wall mounted cabinets to get rid of. They told us that they would be here at 9 and the door bell when the hour hand hit 9.
I forgot to withdraw cash so I had to head out for it. But when I came back in 20 minutes, the work was all done perfectly.
They even asked me kindly if there was anything else in the garage that they can help take care before they left.

Well, upon first contact I was responded to immediately. When I misunderstood my appointment time and contacted them they called me back within 5 minutes. They showed up when they were supposed to and what took me days and weeks to accomplish alone took two of them AN HOUR.
I ended up calling them back again for emergency move out help and getting everything out. This cost a bit more but they handled everything and made my life so much

This is the second time I have used junk responders. The first time was for a hot tub removal and I couldn’t be happier not having to dispose of that myself. They were efficient and professional. The most recent visit was for a family member who passed away and we were cleaning out the house and garage. Again they showed up on time ready to go and during times like this I couldn’t be happier with how courteous and helpful they were. I’m hoping I don’t accumulate anymore junk but if I do I will be using junk responders!

I think one of the best things you can do for business that gives you great service is to write a review!!! Anthony, Tyree and Ryan were awesome!!
